Beach condo holiday rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Magnificent get away reset R&R ! Dan was super detailed attentive, quick to respond. Supplies well equipped! Unit very clean , welcoming and comfortable. Felt like home away from home from the relaxing full size balcony extremely comfortable lounge chair rockers to the kitchen, extremely clean bathroom and luxurious master. Host has wonderful full length dark-out sectioned panels covering windows to allow for full beauty of Gulf to be revealed during the day and full darkness peaceful rest/sleep in the evening! Very spacious clean relaxing and classic❤️ You will NOT regret staying at Dan’s penthouse and loved staying on the East side away from direct sounds of Pineapple Willys but could still see. Only one item to mention, sofa queen sleeper was uncomfortable and gave for hard nights sleep but the days washed it away thankfully. I only mention IF someone needs to open the sleeper and sleep on. Otherwise the master was extremely comfortable, restful luxurious just like home

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

This place was absolutely breathtaking!! Eric was a wonderful host! It was everything and more than we expected!! Great for our whole family! The place was clean, and comfy!! We will definitely be renting again next year!

We had a great time staying here! The listing was described perfectly! It was clean and had more than we expected! It was close to lots of food and shops and the beach is literally across the street! No need to drive unless you want to!

The blue palm was the perfect spot for our little family of four. 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect with small kids. We almost always had the pool to ourselves and the beach was never overcrowded. Morgan was wonderful at answering all my questions and the condo was perfectly stocked with everything you would need. We would 100% stay here again.

This place is in a great location if you prefer to stay away from the busy crowds. The house smelled amazing when we walked in. A short drive to the beautiful 30A restaurants, shops and beaches.

From start to finish, Keith and Janine’s communication was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. It’s clear they take pride in providing a great experience, and it really shows. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a hassle-free and high-quality place to stay. This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.

Awesome place to stay! The resort is great for kids, with lots of fun things to do. The condo was squeaky clean and well stocked. Location is super convenient. We will definitely be back!

great place! room was super clean. it’s a great location. the only thing I would say is there were no plastic cups. I would keep that in mind if you have small kiddos. overall though, that didn’t affect our stay. I would book again!

The place was nice and clean and close to restaurants and the beach

We had the best stay here for our anniversary and baby moon! The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and in beautiful Blue Mountain. The walk to the beach was as close as can be - just a matter of walking down the stairs of the building and the stairs to the sand! Another plus was the ease of parking and how walkable numerous restaurants were from the Airbnb. We didn’t even have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella thanks to the equipment in the unit! The balcony was perfect for relaxing after the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. Staying at this unit grants access to a private stretch of beach that was spacious, beautiful, and never very crowded - even on a holiday weekend! Grace was great at communicating and had the place prepared perfectly for us. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Tracy is an amazing and responsive host. We had an amazing week at her place and could not recommend it more. It’s west of Pier Park so the beach isn’t as crowded and some areas east of Pier Park. The chair service and all the extras in their storage closet made the stay so much easier and enjoyable. The condo was clean and the bed super comfortable. We had an amazing stay and can say you won’t find a better place to enjoy the beach than as a guest of Tracy’s at her Happy Place! Thank you for letting us stay and the memories we made.

My family really enjoyed our time in Miramar Beach. The condo was on the 10th floor in the Majestic Sun Building A. It’s walking distance to the beach right across the road and it’s a beautiful beach with great swimming. Shallow for the kids. Beach service is available for $50 a day for 2 chairs and umbrella. The condo comes stocked with chairs and kids beach toys if you want to just setup your own spot. Pompano Joe’s is about a mile down the road and I highly suggest it for seafood dinner with a beach view and great drinks. The resort has a nice pool with an indoor and an outdoor area and hot tubs closes at 10pm nightly. Parking is easy in the club Wyndham garage right next door. There’s a little ice cream shop, chocolatier in the resort for late night snacks. The beach is great for a late night walk or for the kids to hunt sand crabs in the evening. The views of the Gulf from the condo are top tier. We will for sure be back in the future.
