Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

Wonderful place to stay, close to the beach and other amenities but quiet street away from the crowds. The pool is definitely a huge perk. The refrigerator unfortunately went out during our stay but Presley was extremely responsive and quick to get it fixed. The floors were a little dirty for a crawling baby but other than that, we loved our stay and definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Paul & Janet’s place. Everything is always as described, everything from kitchen and household items to beach chairs, umbrellas and firewood are available! Very clean, neatly kept home. The yard is spacious and big for our pups! 🐾 Paul is always quick to respond and offered any assistance we may have needed during our stay. (We needed a pair of scissors and couldn’t find them at first and Paul offered to bring some by! It’s the little things.) It’s on a less busy and crowded part of PCB but still only a small drive down the rd from Pier Park and our favorite restaurants. Will 100% book again. - Ariana, Maddy, Bo, Puppy and Ranger. 🌴

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

Our stay was much better than expected. Everything was perfect and ready when we got there. The back yard and pool were amazing. Great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable also. We definitely plan on making this place our yearly stay. Wendy was an awesome host!

The location was key and the home is beautiful. I liked all of the local recommendations Trevor sent and he was responsive with messages. This suited our needs perfectly. The garage had everything we needed for the beach, the only things we brought were beach toys for the kids and puddle jumpers. If I were to come again, I’d bring my own shampoo/conditioner/soap since what was available definitely wouldn’t last us a week. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. And the outdoor shower was more for rinsing off from the beach, which was still nice for getting all of the sand off. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The home was perfect. This was our first siblings trip with my mom and she only wanted to visit Panama City. She didn’t really want to do anything special but the location, accommodations, and response were all great. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

I really enjoyed staying here and Yana was very responsive as well as super kind. The place looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. It has everything that you need for your stay. Also, it was super close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend that you stay here if you are in the Panama City area!

We had a wonderful few days stay with our two dogs while we were in town for a concert. We had some stuff come up that made us a day late to check in and Kseniya made it extremely easy to resolve with her prompt and helpful responses. The place was beautiful and we all had a great time! Close proximity to the beach and plenty of cool nearby places to checkout with a short drive like rosemarys beach and alys beach! Would definitely come back again!

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

Bryan & Heather's place was exactly what we were looking for. The space was perfect for the two of us and the view of the gulf was beautiful. They checked with us to make sure everything was going well and the check in & out were extremely easy. When traveling back to this area, we will definitely be checking to see if this unit is available.

Everything we needed was already there — the kitchen, bathroom, and all living spaces were fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged. You can really feel the attention to detail and care from the hosts. Communication was easy and quick throughout the whole process. We truly felt at ease and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the store or for food. We would definitely stay again. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

Wonderful place right on the beach. Was perfect to go to the water, and then back inside to eat or take a break. The balcony was heavenly in the morning to have coffee. Hosts were wonderful and answered questions quickly. Would love to stay again when in the area.

This beautifully decorated and comfortable condo was absolutely perfect! I love to cook and found everything I needed in the very comfortable, open concept kitchen. Beach access was just a stroll across the street. When I had a question about where to find the bicycles, Lyndsay was very prompt in answering my question. I will 100% rent this condo again! Really could not have been happier with this lovely place!

Highly recommend staying here for a fun and relaxing getaway! Susan was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful anytime we had questions. Her place was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved the private beach access, the pools, and the charming local shops nearby. The location is also just a short drive to several popular main towns, which made exploring super easy.
