Cottage holiday rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

What a charming and perfect spot for our family to land! We’ve been coming to 30A a couple times a year since 2017 and we’ve never stayed in the inlet beach area! So glad we stumbled along Daddio’s Cottage because we will absolutely be coming back, hopefully very soon! Not only is it close to different restaurants/things to do, but it’s also super walkable to the beach and such a quaint, beautiful community. It was quiet, relaxing, and we loved being able to walk out to the pool from our porch in just a few steps! Speaking of the porch, we spent so much time enjoying the porch and being outside. Such a great perk of this spot! The house was very clean, well decorated, and had a lot of nice amenities and equipment. We were so grateful for all of the beach toys/chairs/gear as well and put it all to good use! We had 3 adults and 1 toddler in the house and it worked perfectly for our crew. This cottage is an absolute gem and we already can’t wait to come back soon to visit!!

Courtney's place was just perfect for my daughter's Senior Trip! The house was so cute and plenty big for all of us to spread out and relax. The bikes were perfect for the girls to go to and from the beach. It was also very walkable to the beach if you prefer to walk instead. Courtney was very responsive and so helpful, we would stay here again in a heart!

Great location with beach access very close to the cottage. It was nice to have a pool and hot tub option as well. The house is situated on the corner which was nice and quiet. Definitely will stay here again.

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Elizabeth’s home felt comfortable and she made it simple to find items around the home. We had a great time using the hot tub and the golf cart. I would definitely stay at their home again! Appreciate it!

Perfect for our Honeymoon! Private and comfortable. Fabulous 30a location!! One of the rare beach access points is right down the street plus bikes and beach chairs available to get there easily. Wonderful responsive host. Great Pool, hot tub and outdoor shower!

Great place, you can feel secluded yet close to everything. House as described. Host communication was great. We did not experience any problems. Will stay again. Will recommend

My family and I stayed for a few days and absolutely loved it! Beautiful home and surroundings! Close to beach, food, and fun!

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

great quant place, very quiet neighbor good not far from beach or attractions, really nice people and very easy check in, highly recommend!

We had a wonderfully stay for my niece’s high school graduation. The house worked well for all 3 generations - ages 6 to 81. We enjoyed that it was a short walk to the beautiful beach. It also was as convenient to much that PCB has to offer. I definitely will keep this house in mind for my next visit.

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

If you are traveling with dogs, Brittany’s place is well worth it! The fenced in backyard is very nice and perfect to sit and relax while you let your dog out. The individual units in the rooms makes it nice to set the temperature at different levels if you have people in your group who are hotter/colder than the others. Brittany is also very responsive and attentive to whatever needs / questions / concerns you may have. A few suggestions would be: - extra blankets (there was none) - an extra chair in the Living Room (there is only enough room for 3 people on the couch) - a small lamp for the Living Room (there is the overhead light & that’s it) - a small curtain for the back door window Overall would absolutely stay here again!!!

We absolutely Loved our stay at Kelley’s place. The house has everything you need to feel right at home. It’s a beautiful house and the outdoor space is so nice. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed our family week at the beach so much. The golf cart was a plus too for a quick ride to the beach each day. We appreciated Kelley’s hospitality and can’t wait to stay here again. 10 out of 10! Thanks so much Kelley!

Our multi-generational family stay at JUST DARLIN' was such a wonderful vacation! The house was clean, the beds comfy, and the rooms spacious. It was so bright, and open, and we all felt right at home. All the little touches were perfect. There were plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen, towels in the bathrooms, and throw blankets to use in the living room. We also really appreciated the night lights in the evening. My daughter loved ''her room" w/the vanity. My parents took the downstairs master and loved stepping into the back patio for their tea and toast each morning. My husband and I enjoyed having the upstairs room to ourselves for quiet naps in the afternoon. We loved going to the pool a few houses up the hill everyday and the Ice Cream Shoppe around the corner was a delight. Julie was responsive and helpful and we can't wait to return! :)

Coral Cottage was absolutely perfect for our visit to PCB! Mary Lou was very flexible and responsive. The accommodations were just as expected, and the use of the LSV was a treat! Thank you for a wonderful place to 'call home' if only for a week. : )

Our stay at The Roost & The Nest was perfect for our family. Everything that we would need was there & more. It was very convenient to the beach - and just a golf cart ride away to a wonderful little grocery store. Marty was very good at responding to my texts (many in the beginning with me trying to get my dates straight). I had no doubt he would be there if we needed anything - but we didn’t- everything was there and clean and cozy! When we come back to PCB we will certainly be staying again!

Kyle is a great host! Quick communication. Very helpful and accommodating. The house was equipped with everything we needed. And plenty of household product to get us started. The beds were extremely comfortable. The beach was an easy walk and the shed had all the beach necessities. I would definitely stay again!!

I have used Airbnb many times and this particular Airbnb is the absolute best I have ever had the pleasure of renting. There are not enough superlatives to fully describe the wonderful features of this rental property. I highly recommend Kelly and her beach home! It truly exceeds all expectations and Kelly is an amazing host.

This is our second time returning to this cottage and we just love it! Everything about this Airbnb is amazing. The host was very responsive when we had internet issues that were caused from a storm. Had the issue fixed within a couple hours. The house is super charming and in a great location. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Our dogs love the fenced in yard. We will be returning next year I’m sure of it!!!

This has been the BEST airbnb I've stayed at so far. Will definitely be getting this place again on my next visit to Panama city.

My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time in this Airbnb. There were some small hiccups from Airbnb with booking and with host in the end but things were handled well in the end. I’m a solutions person and it would seem they are, too. Im grateful for that.

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.

We really had a lovely stay at Sunnyside. The place is clean, cute, family friendly, accessible to many places. I love being able to bike to the beach or go get an ice cream after dinner. It was a relaxing stay in a lovely place. We I’ll be back.
