Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Uderns

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts straightforward and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and rest. Absolutely recommended!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location and picturesque surroundings. We felt very comfortable.

We spent a wonderful long weekend with the whole family in Andrea's cozy cabin. The house was perfect for us, everything there, beds super comfortable and Andrea a lovely hostess. Next door is a small sheep stable, very much to the joy of our children, who definitely want to come back. We too!

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has enough space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in good weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always received a quick and friendly response. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great week in this beautiful apartment, the decor is modern and at the same time cozy, the reality corresponds to 100% of the pictures. Everything was very clean . The location is perfect for all sorts of excursions. You can be in the forest in 5 minutes and on a river/ small lake , in about 35 minutes uphill to Lake Wössen, which our dogs particularly liked. From the house you can start all kinds of walks/ hikes: along the Ache you can walk at ground level or up into the forest up to one of the numerous alpine pastures or viewpoints. The view from the panoramic window in the kitchen to the mountains/ meadow with cows is very beautiful and relaxing. The center of Unterwössen can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, a well-equipped new Edeka , bakery, etc. , you will also find some taverns, which were not all open daily in May. In summer, this certainly looks different. We felt very comfortable. Anja &Jérome are very nice hosts

The property and location are unique. The view is great and you can take many beautiful, different hikes right from the property. Till is super friendly, took time for conversations, patiently answered curious questions and gave interesting information and tips. Furthermore, the equipment for the trip with children is perfect. From fallout protection to a high chair, everything was there. We will be happy to come back.

We were very comfortable and in good hands. Maria is a very lovely and warm person. I am very sorry that I had to leave with my daughter 2 days earlier, but unfortunately we had a family emergency at home. I would have liked to say goodbye to Maria personally. I am very sure that we will book Maria's apartment again. After all, every year we are in the Zillertal for skiing. Greetings to Maria!

Five stars are not enough to describe this place. Everything is just perfect - the building, the apartment, and which is more important - the host family. It’s located literally 5 minutes away from a local ski resort - Alpbach, and around 35 minutes away from both Mayrhofen and Kitzbuhel. Zillerral is in 25 minutes. The apartment has anything you’ll need including an oven, a bath, and a really gorgeous fireplace (this is a thing. We’re from Sweden, and really know what we’re talking about). All cutlery and stuff is also there. It was an absolute stunning experience, we’ve spent 2 weeks there on Christmas holidays and couldn’t wish more for a perfect rest! Laundry room is fully equipped at your service. It is not clear with the photos, however you’ll get a huge walking wardrobe on the way from your bedroom to the bathroom. Another thing to mention is the antique furniture and lighting- this adds up to the ambience of this place!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Great place. Private, but close to the pistes. Was perfect for us.

Wonderful stay in the Alps We had a fantastic time in this small, idyllic village in the Alps. Nature is breathtakingly beautiful – green meadows everywhere, clear mountain air and incredible views. There is a wonderful tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The place was very cozy and ideal for our family with kids. It had everything you need – spacious, clean and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice housing! Can really recommend!

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

A wonderful place to stay close to Munich! The house has 4 double beds, but can accommodate up to 10 adults. It has a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Towels and even bathrobes are provided, so you can enjoy sauna and pool. All with a great Mountain View. We were received with great hospitality. Hopefully we will visit again. Highly recommended!

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

We booked the house to spend three days together around our wedding with our six patchwork and in-laws children. The location is perfect, we all had space, everyone felt very comfortable and we had a great time there. The roof terrace was worth gold in the nice weather - and there were plenty of opportunities to do the free time together or alone. The beds are great, we slept bombardingly, and the decor is lovingly and tastefully designed. The bathrooms are as new and very chic - our children didn't come out of the "Ahh" and "Ohh" anymore, and we got a lot of praise from them for our selection of the location. Hosts are very kind and always eager. Whenever we needed anything, someone came by and took care of us - otherwise we had the perfect privacy, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend overall, we would come back anytime.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

Petra and Jurgen welcomed us and explained everything. During the stay, we asked some questions and got a quick answer. After leaving, forget my toothbrush and it will be sent by mail. We stayed during the Christmas period with 2 adults and 4 children and a large dog and all had a great time in the house where there is a very nice atmosphere. A short distance two ski areas that are ideal for the beginner winter sports enthusiasts. We would recommend this beautiful place and nice house to everyone.
