Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Dario and Cristiana were the best hosts! SO kind and thoughtful. They were flexible and accommodating with timing of arrival for everyone in my family. Cristiana was very communicative and warm. She made us feel at home. The children had a wonderful time playing on the play structure in the backyard. There is a bike trail/very narrow road in front of the house where you can walk and enjoy the river and peacefulness of the country. Downtown Dolo is very quaint and our family had a very good dinner at Napo Pizza. I highly recommend for the fun family atmosphere, air conditioning + yummy pizza/drinks. We never took a train from Dolo or Mira but the train is very easy and goes right into Venice. I would recommend to ride a bike or drive to the train station from this house. I highly recommend this house for a family with kids. I loved the big square dining table in the center of the house where we all sat and talked. We will keep our memories we made here for a long time!

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

Paolo was great host. Nadia who works with him is a delight We were there 48 days and he was always responsive. The location for Venice is wonderful with views from Bedroom and views to the private backyard in back. Everything is walkable and vapoletto is 5 minutes away. We came with infant and dog and found location good for them as well.

We had an amazing stay! Stefano arranged our pickup from the airport and a water taxi brought us straight to the water door. He was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The palace was centrally located close to the Rialto Bridge.

Don’t hesitate to book. Extremely friendly hosts, great location, and a good value. Unlike many Airbnbs, this one feels like you’re staying with old family friends—between the service, the charming decor, and the location, it’s a can’t miss.

We loved our stay in Venice. The windows open directly to the grand Canal. What an experience! We loved the little sitting area by the dock. They coordinated breakfast for us and we out by the water. Best memory in Venice to be honest! Great service and food. Very helpful and would stay again.

This place was located conveniently close to the train station but enough from crowds to have peace. It’s close to plenty of coffee stops, a grocery store, and water bus stops. Totally recommend. We had plenty of room for us and our two kids

We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful! We have actually always felt at home and can therefore highly recommend Elena's place! At this point, we would like to thank you again.

The accommodation was within walking distance to most attractions and ammenities - approx. 10-15 minutes walk to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. It was an easy, flat walk from the Vaporetto to the accommodation - no stairs or bridges to cross on the way which was helpful when transporting suitcases. A co-op supermarket is close by so can easily pick up groceries as needed. Many options for local eateries and restaurants to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinners. The washing machine and clothes horse were helpful for a longer stay. Felt safe, spacious and comfortable. We were so pleased we stayed here during our visit to Venice. We had a great time. The accommodation is very well located for a visit to Venice. A physical welcome by Erika herself, who was a perfect host and gave very good advice. She accompanies us to the apartment, gives us a tour and takes out her Venice map to tell us what to do, where to go, what to eat, etc. This is a time saver for good plans! a very nice house, Gina with her family - nice, available and very helpful. The rooms are very large, beautifully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and very spacious toilet. The garden is beautiful, large, as well as a beautiful pool. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The place is very quiet 20 minutes from Venice, lots of restaurants and shopping centers are very close, including a large outlet. Thanks to Gina and her family we had a wonderful time in her house.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the stay at Fabienne's. Friendly host, very attentive to us, helps us by sometimes dropping us off at the bus stop, the property is spotless and beautiful... I recommend it 100% and I will come back You won't be disappointed!

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious location. We enjoyed the walk on the farm. Not quite hot enough for a swim in the lovely swimming pool. Easy drive to park and catch the ferry into Venice.

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.
