Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Erika a été une hôte très accommodante et très réactive. Le logement était très propre, spacieux avec toutes les commodités. Il est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui nous conduit directement à Venise et à 15 minutes de la gare de Mestre. Nous avons également pu profiter de l'extérieur avec une grande galerie et un coin patio. Le secteur était tranquille avec un très bon restaurant et une boulangerie à proximité ainsi qu'une épicerie à 10 minutes de marche. Nous avons été accueilli par Carmen, une dame très sympathique qui a su nous donner toutes les informations et directives nécessaires pour l'accessibilité au logement. Je recommande cet endroit et je n'hésiterais pas a y retourner.

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

We had a great stay at the artists apartment. It’s private and quiet but still close to the action. The art is beautiful and the story of the place is unique! The hosts are even helping me get my favorite blazer back which I left by accident :) highly recommended.

We loved our stay in Venice. The windows open directly to the grand Canal. What an experience! We loved the little sitting area by the dock. They coordinated breakfast for us and we out by the water. Best memory in Venice to be honest! Great service and food. Very helpful and would stay again.

This place was located conveniently close to the train station but enough from crowds to have peace. It’s close to plenty of coffee stops, a grocery store, and water bus stops. Totally recommend. We had plenty of room for us and our two kids

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

The accommodation was within walking distance to most attractions and ammenities - approx. 10-15 minutes walk to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. It was an easy, flat walk from the Vaporetto to the accommodation - no stairs or bridges to cross on the way which was helpful when transporting suitcases. A co-op supermarket is close by so can easily pick up groceries as needed. Many options for local eateries and restaurants to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinners. The washing machine and clothes horse were helpful for a longer stay. Felt safe, spacious and comfortable. We were so pleased we stayed here during our visit to Venice. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien situé pour une visite de Venise. Un accueil physique par Erika elle même, qui a été une hôte parfaite et de très bons conseils. Elle nous accompagne jusqu’à l'appartement, nous fait visiter et sort sa carte de Venise pour nous indiquer que faire, ou aller, ou manger, etc..Ce qui est un gain de temps pour les bons plans! A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

We enjoyed our stay at Alice’s place! The location is central and the place itself is very spacious. Alice was communicative and helpful during our time in Venice. Would recommend!

Das Haus ist wunderschön , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet den versprochenen Platz mit einer guten Einteilung. Jetzt im November war die Heizung wichtig. Das Wlan ist gut, es gibt ausreichend Platz, um auch zu arbeiten. Die Vermieter haben auf Anfrage schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Haus ist von einem tollen , großen Garten mit großer , überdachter Terrasse umgeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht.

une très belle maison, Gina avec sa famille- gentilles, disponibles et très serviables. Les chambres sont très grandes, joliment décorées. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et WC très spacieux. Le jardin est magnifique, grand , ainsi qu'une belle piscine. tout était propre et très bien entretenue. l'endroit est très calme à 20 minutes de Venise, beaucoup de restaurants et les centres commerciaux sont très proches, dont un grand outlet. Grâce à Gina et sa famille nous avons passé des très belles journées dans sa maison.

Je n'ai que du positif à dire sur le séjour chez Fabienne. Hôte sympathique, aux petits soins pour nous, nous aide en nous déposant parfois à l'arrêt de bus, la propriété est niquel et magnifique... Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai Vous ne serez pas déçu !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious location. We enjoyed the walk on the farm. Not quite hot enough for a swim in the lovely swimming pool. Easy drive to park and catch the ferry into Venice.

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable apartment, perfect for a couple and two guests. It's also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us! The swimming pool was a great way to start our mornings with a refreshing swim. The property features a small garden with parking space for one car and direct access to the main room, adding to the convenience. The location is ideal, a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and very close to Jesolo's main boulevard, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Marta and her mom were incredibly kind and always available to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore and enjoy the beautiful Lido di Jesolo!
