Not suitable for small children! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isarlage. The city center is 5 minutes walking on the Isarpromenade. Shops such as bakery butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are on the 1st floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are each double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a closed apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

Whether car or train everything indirectly outside the front door. Your place is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, the horses, shopping, sights. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes. The house was built in 2018. So everything's brand new, including your decor.

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.
