Holiday rentals with breakfast in Yorkshire

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Tracy was really good at responding and nothing too much trouble. She had left some bits for us as we were late checking in which we had notified in advance. Great place to be. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at Ivy Nest. We had our 2 little dogs with us. Comfy bed, nice homely house, good location for amenities. Always got parked near the house and used the parking permit. Jaqueline was always friendly, left us personal recommendations (especially dog friendly places) and personal touches (cute blackboard welcoming us too) Check in was made super easy with Jacquelines picture instructions. Welcome book full of info. Internet good which was handy as we didnt have good phone signal there. We enjoyed some of the takeaways in the area as well as cooking in the house. Jaqueline left us to it, but was on hand if we needed anything. We would stay again if visiting the area.

Hollie and Rosie were great hosts! Communication was smooth, and they really went the extra mile—we arrived to fresh flowers, milk, and croissants waiting for us. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. It was also great to see a beautifully renovated home from the mid 1800s—full of charm but with all the modern comforts. We’d definitely stay again!

Overall it was a really wonderful stay! We loved it! Judith was very communicative and the welcome package was very kind! My only complaint would be that the beds--both the one in the main bedroom and the pull out sofa--were uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in your back all night long. But other than that, the place was great!

We had a lovely stay at Ed and Charlottes, the perfect spot to explore from. The cottage was spotless and exactly as listed with lovely scenery and stocked with the essentials for our stay we were even treated to a delicious bowl of fresh strawberries on our final morning. The place was easy to find and the prearrival instructions easy to follow and had really helpful information on local taxis and places to eat nearby perfect for our stay. My Stepdaughter and I really enjoyed our stay in Strensall and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. It was near to two pubs which were both really good and within walking distance of where we were staying.

A beautifully appointed little home with lovely features and furnishings. Everything was very clean and comfortable and in keeping with the character. Even though it's close to the owner's private home , there is actually a lot of privacy. It's actually perfect for a romantic getaway! Fabulous!

We had a fantastic stay at Richard’s place. It was perfect, nice and quiet and in beautiful surroundings. Richard was super responsive and very helpful! Highly recommend!

This is my second stay here. I cannot fault anything about the apartment. The bed is extremely comfortable, everything is exceptionally clean and there is plenty of hot water. It is in a great location within easy walking distance to Harrogate town centre and all the restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Gina’s and hope to come back sometime soon. Hebden Bridge is a friendly, charming village - so lovely - and Gina’s place above her fused glass studio is so pretty and filled with light and pops of color. We could walk all over, including in a nearby park and along the river. Thank you, Gina!

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

Loved my stay here. The accommodation was clean and the photos resemble what the accommodation is like. The accommodation is in a peaceful area and I loved seeing the deer first thing in the morning. Graham gave excellent instructions as to how to get to the accommodation but was able to figure this out pretty easily by looking at the satellite feature on Google maps. Graham is really friendly and it is clear that they are passionate about the area that they live in. The breakfast spread is on another level of greatness! The fresh eggs are delicious! I hope to be back soon, it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

Oh my goodness, they had thought of everything!!! Having given us a lovely warm welcome we discovered there was food to get us going in the fridge, the facilities were above and beyond and the setting unbelievably beautiful. The first Airbnb I’ve been to that has toothpicks, postitnotes and binoculars!!

Had the most wonderful stay in this little oasis. The space was beautiful with lots of colour and character, along with a file of thoughtfully written guide of everything you'll need to know. Lisa was also very accommodating and super responsive throughout, especially over check in/out days. We stayed only for the weekend but could imagine this place being a great option for longer term stay as well. The neighbourhood in general is gorgeous and quiet, very close to Brocco Park which is a beautiful walk and relatively well connected to public transport. We chose to walk mostly and took around 30minutes on average to get to most of where we want to go. Highly recommend!

Andy home was immaculate and Andy has been very thorough in making sure that his guests are well catered for, providing a really wide range of teas, coffees and cereals. The bed was really comfortable and there were different heights of pillows to choose from and extra blankets. There was good hanging space for clothes, with plenty of coat hangers. I was impressed by Andy’s helpfulness. I would definitely recommend Andy’s Airbnb for a really comfortable sleep at a great price.

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay with my partner and newborn. We were made to feel right at home and the location and annex was beautiful. Cannot recommend highly enough, we will be returning for sure.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at Sawcliffe! We started off our trip by visiting the doggy spa with our dog and every detail was thought about. We loved the spa as it’s not something you can ever do with your dog, loved the thought! Emily was so helpful and provided us with help if we asked and fab recommendations. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to see the Ponies. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. 1000% would recommend and would love to come back. It was a wonderful and unique experience, Elizabeth was wonderful and generous, the hostel was beautiful, comfortable and wonderful, the breakfast was beautiful, the view was amazing, I will repeat the experience again, thank you Elizabeth.

Super stay at Clare's, everything you could need for a short stay. Stayed o ernight on a Sunday which meant the pub opposite was closes but plenty of i fo on local venues. takeaways etc.

We booked the accommodation ( bed and breakfast) as a base for an event we were attending near Skipton. The accommodation is lovely which included breakfast. Philippa is friendly, informative and made us very welcome. The local pub is 2 minutes walk away which was a bonus. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with a central lounge and dining room making it perfect for booking with friends or family. Highly recommend. Thank you

Wow! What can I say other than this place is truly very special. Firstly the stunning views, and then in through a beautiful old door which really sets the scene for this incredible historic and unique place. We loved everything about it. The wonky walls and floors, the history information from Alison (which was so so interesting), and then let me tell you, we went to bed and it was like sleeping in satin sheets (cotton but beautiful cotton) and one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in! And then breakfast - what a lovely touch, it made a very special stay even more perfect! Thank you Alison, we will definitely stay again.
