Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Yorkshire

Just had an incredible weekend break at Jenny's gorgeous accommodation. I have seen other reviews saying that the photos and description doesn't do this place justice and I totally agree. The lodge had everything we needed, was perfectly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The views from the balcony are breathtaking!! The location is so picturesque, peaceful and clean and extremely close to Keswick. We took full advantage of the gym, swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, which was a brilliant way to start/finish the day. Also highly recommend the White Horse pub, where I have eaten the best chicken burger ever! Jenny, thank you for the kind and thoughtful treats. We highly recommend your place to anyone!! xxx

We booked here for a girlie weekend away. The host was prompt with replies to messages, and any queries we had. The apartment was spacious, big rooms and clean decor. All but 1 bedroom was ensuite, but had the use of the main bathroom as noone else needed to use it. The view onto the gardens outside the front was lovely. We managed to get a sunny weekend so spent sometime out on the grass. Close to city centre and train station 5 minute walk. Overall a great experience and would return. Many thanks 😊

Immaculate inside,bust street with plenty to do. It felt clean and safe,didnt have a tea towel and needed blackout blinds in the lounge where thd sofa bed was,so consider a sleep mask as an alternative.

house was lovely and your in a decent area with shops nearby. Stephens a very kind host who was great with replies through the app.

Beautiful place situated in the Main Street , however it’s lovely and quiet with parking nearby- both free on several streets and right next to the paid car park . There is on street 1 hr max parking directly outside the property so you can unload which was really handy . Various pubs / restaurants in the area and only approx 1 mile walk into Bowness . Communication with Jade was brilliant and we loved our PDF guide forwarded upon our arrival , which gave recommendations for eateries and things to do in the area as well as how to use the under floor heating and cinema projector for the TV which I loved . I particularly liked the kitchen hardware and breakfast bar - just lovely detail and touches . A beautiful , very clean and comfortable place which we throughly enjoyed coming back to and we will definitely be rebooking . Highly recommended . Thank you Jade x

What a truly wonderful little place, there is so much to do for the kids and my two really did enjoy it! The apartment was absolutely stunning, spotless and also very spacious. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to book a trip away to the lakes be it with children or without. We will definitely be coming back!

Really great place in a lovely location close to train station and parking so ideal. Really friendly host and place was perfect for what I needed.

This two-storey town house is in a very quiet area and within easy walking distance of the town. It's lovely to hear the Minster bells chiming. Everything is as described on the website, and it is very comfortable. The conservatory is a great place to eat meals and to dry clothes, if needed. There are plenty of places to eat in town, along with a good selection of pubs. We particularly liked The Monks Walk in Highgate for its old charm and regular locals. Do visit St Mary's Church which rivals the Minster for style.

We loved our stay at Gill and Steve’s. It’s one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. My husband and I plus 8 of our friends stayed for two nights. We had so much fun!!! The outside space is perfect for dinners and drinks. The house is huge and has everything we needed. Gill and Steve are amazing hosts. Such good people and were so responsive and helped us to make a lovely weekend for our friends. Enough parking for all 5 couples to drive!! Will be back!! :)

Christians cottage was absolutely brilliant, fantastic location, clean & as a host most helpful.

Unique and memorable stay! We loved our overnight at this historic manor. The grounds were immaculate and peaceful, and we enjoyed seeing the animals up close. Onsite parking was convenient, and the main room was huge—perfect for our group to gather and relax. The projector was a fun bonus and worked great without needing a separate device. Everyone had a bunk bed, which was a quirky but manageable detail. Dining and grocery options in nearby Lowdham made it easy to grab food. A beautiful and memorable place to stay—highly recommend!

Geoff was a wonderful and very responsive host, the home was beautiful and exactly as advertised, everything was clean and tidy and it was overall a very cozy, romantic vibe. Couldn’t ask for any more, would deffo come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Naeem’s place. It suited our needs well as a large group of friends staying for a weekend get together. We loved the location as we were so close to beautiful Peak District walks, and got lots of use out of the communal areas and large projector screen. We really appreciated Naeem setting up the BBQ and hot tub before we arrived, and enjoyed using both. It is worth noting that the hot tub is not outdoors as shown in the photos, but instead in a small outbuilding that is well set up with lights and a TV screen, but does mean that you can’t sit and enjoy the view from the hot tub. We still really enjoyed using it and understand that this set up makes it much easier to look after the hot tub! The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. Naeem was a very responsive host, getting back to us very quickly when we had a small problem with the boiler, and checking in often over text to make sure we were enjoying our stay! Stayed at Noblethorpe Hall as a family group of ten adults for two significant birthdays. Lance met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the hall. There are so many rooms that it helped us tremendously to settle in. The rooms are huge and furnished well with traditional furniture. The kitchen has everything that you might need and all ten of us could eat together with half a dozen seats to spare. We felt totally at home, whether pottering about inside or sitting out for long evenings overlooking the fields. I would recommend anyone to stay here for a stress free detox from a hectic modern lifestyle. Lance is a fascinating and engaging character who genuinely cares that all his guests feel part of an extended family. We all had a great time!

Me and my friends stayed here for the weekend for a getaway. Mac was super responsive and if we had any issues it would be sorted. The house was lovely and didn’t feel overcrowded with 7 of us. Check in was super easy with the key safe and accommodated us for early check in, which was great.

Thanks to Jude and Peter. We enjoyed our stay, a great location for a party we were attending in the area. It’s a lovely location to explore the beautiful and little known west pennine moors, especially the three picturesque reservoirs above Bolton. The accommodation was comfortable and Jude was so helpful, helping us book a taxi, which we really appreciated. Hope to stay again in the future. thanks from the Hill family.

me and my partner had the best time. val was extremely helpful and the communication was fantastic. always responded fast to any enquiries we had. the nest felt very homely and everywhere was spotless. getting greeted by tiger, the cat, every morning was an added bonus☺️ i would highly recommend staying at the “cosy nest” as we had no faults whatsoever over the 2 night stay. we’d 100% definitely stay again!

Had an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect. This was my second stay here and would definitely stay here again when visiting Sheffield.

Our week in this lovely apartment sped by too quickly! It was beautifully decorated with cosy lounges and chairs and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had more than we needed and all appliances were easy to use. The location was faultless - everywhere was so accessible from here! Pubs, cafes and restaurants were just across the road - where we headed after long hikes each day. We felt very sad to leave and look forward to returning one day soon 👍👋❤️

Ahmeds place is simply perfect, very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to busier areas. The apartment is fabulous, very modern yet cosy and comfortable. This place i would highly recommend. We are booking again for Autumn as it was fabulous. The host: Ahmed is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment and gave us the grand tour. Very flexible with check in/out times. On hand any time if you require anything. All in all, we would give this place 10/10

A fabulous apartment spotless, great to have off road parking right outside entrance. Host was brilliant and provided guidance on getting around the area. Neighbourhood excellent lovely and quiet. Great stay will use again. Would I recommend…yes absolutely.

A stunning apartment in a vibrant part of Leeds, in a quiet street. Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend. We had a great stay.
