Ich habe mich bei Alberto sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation ist äußerst freundlich und verständnisvoll, sowohl sozial als auch sprachlich. Er nimmt seine Rolle als Host sehr ernst und tut alles dafür, dass man sich wirklich wohl fühlt. Dies zeigt er vor allem bei dem sehr bedürfnisorientiertem Frühstück, bei dem er sich alle persönlichen Vorlieben umsetzt und es sich auch für die kommende Zeit merkt. Man merkt einfach, dass ihm die Rolle als Host sehr am Herzen liegt und dies die Leidenschaft deiner Familiengeschichte ist, die er stolz weiterführt. Die Lage ist zudem sich top, mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig in der Nähe und man kann sehr schön wandern gehen. Allem in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Prachtig ruim appartement. Ideaal voor een familie van 4 stellen, en wat kleine peuters waar een apart bedje voor te regelen is op de slaapkamer. Fijne woonkamer en keuken. Van alle gemak voorzien. Lekker om even bij te komen tussem de bezoeken aan de stad.

Bugüne kadar kaldığım en güzel evlerden biriydi, muhteşem döşemesi tarzı temizliği en küçük detayına kadar harikaydı. Ev sahiplerinin bıraktıgı meyveler tatlılar her türlü mutfak malzemesi temizlik malzemesi neye ihtiyaç varsa vardı. Kendi eviniz gibi çok sıcak enerjisi çok yüksek çok şirin bir ev. Fotoğrafdan daha güzel konum harika tereddüt ermeden gelin biz çok çok mutu ayrılıyoruz. Kesinlikle temizliği ile tarzı büyüklüğü şirinliği ile batumda kalınabilecek tek adres. Комната была фантастической: чистая, новая, опрятная, с высокими потолками. Дом, в котором находится жилье, очень колоритный с красивыми входными дверьми и подъездом, а также жильцами итальянцами. Месторасположение отличное: 15 мин от вокзала Термини пешком, 15 мин пешком и ты на испанской лестнице. В то же время окрестность достаточно тихая, без толп туристов. Алессандро очень дружелюбный, обеспечил раннее заселение (в 11:00), лично нас встретил возле дома и дал все необходимые инструкции. Также дал рекомендации по ресторанам в округе (какие-то понравились, какие-то - нет, это дело вкуса). Единственный нюанс, который неочевидный и нужно учитывать, но нас лично не смущал: квартира состоит из двух отдельных апартаментов с отдельными ванными комнатами, но кухня общая.

The beautiful building of the Airbnb is on the main square of the historical town! The location could not be any better. The day we arrived was exceptionally hot, for which Ana contacted us in advance to kindly offer us another room which would be cooler during the night. The room was spacious and clean served all our needs during our stay. Definitely recommended!

Strávila jsem zde krátký, ale moc příjemný pobyt. Připadala jsem si zde jako doma, vítána. Ubytování nic nechybí.

Очень понравилось. Номер очень стильный, месторасположение удобное. Транспорт останавливается прям напротив отеля, рядом есть большой торговый центр и множество кафе. При желании можно позавтракать в отеле по весьма доступной цене. Мы довольны. Большое спасибо

We had an amazing stay! The apartment host is super friendly and welcoming — you can really feel the positive vibe as soon as you arrive. It’s right in the center of the city, so everything is within easy reach. Baščaršija, the heart of Sarajevo’s old town, is literally just a 2-3 minute walk away, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The room service was excellent — always quick, professional, and helpful with anything I needed. The apartment itself is clean, stylish, and really well-equipped. All in all, a perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Details und Komfort gelegt wurde. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem alles gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber:innen waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Nice place to stay, clean and modern, air-conditioned, private parking, nice English speaking staff.

The ambiance at The Mint Studios was simply beautiful, beginning with the pool terrace and continuing with the kitchenette, decorated in boho style. We could even leave stuff in the freezer and refrigerator there. We would've appreciate to have the option to make coffee there. The room was clean, very cozy and nicely furnished. We had a TV and mini refrigerator. Also a balcony where we could dry our sunbathing costumes and towels. A huge bonus for the room is that is has lots of places where you can put your stuff! The location is near markets and restaurants, and the beach is not far from there. We were lucky to arrive at a time that the parking area was not busy and that we didn't have to move the car during our stay.

Miralem's place was exactly as shown in the pics, he was very responsive to messages and maintained constant communications with me all the time. The place was tugged in a quiet residential area, yet it's only about 10 mins walk to the Mostar old town. We stayed on the second floor apartment which consisted of 4 individually locked bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. There were 8 of us so we occupied all 4 bedrooms on the entire floor. There was also a small kitchen with all the kitchen wares needed. Just like other reviews mentioned, the alley way that led to the parking lot was a bit narrow. We were given a Ford Tourneo 9 seater rental minvan which as a bit bigger than the Mercedezs Vito van I reserverd and the van barely made it through the entrance (with both side mirrors folded) to the parking lot. The next day Miralem was nice enough to save me a parking space on the street! Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Miralem's place!!

I would like to thank Nino for her amazing hospitality and friendly nature. My wife and I truly enjoyed conversing with her and staying at her place. We had a lovely chat with the host, shared a cup of coffee, and even picked fresh blackberries straight from the tree. It genuinely felt like home. Unfortunately, we only spent one day in Kutaisi due to our itinerary, but we’ll definitely stay at Nino’s place for a longer time on our next visit. Highly recommended!!!

Super Lage, großes Zimmer, gemütlicher Innenhof und Gemeinschaftsraum im Weinkeller. Saba war super immer erreichbar, super freundlich und hat uns eine schöne Tagestour organisiert.
