Comfortable gallery room in open flat

Welcome beautiful humans! We, Ailine and Pascal (~30 years; married), are looking forward to your visit! Stay as our guest and flatmate for a while; the apartment is spacious enough for all of us. Your private room is about 24m² (plus gallery) and thanks to the two large windows it is nicely bright - just like the rest of the apartment. We jointly share all the other areas (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining and living area). As we live here ourselves, we have everything you need to live well.

STELLplatz Wohnmobil/2-Personenzelt/Hängematte

Es ist nur ein Stellplatz ! Caravan oder Wohnmobil müsst ihr mitbringen :). Hängematte/Gestell sind hier. Achtung ! Die Zufahrt ist ziemlich steil ! Toilette, Dusche können im Haus mit benutzt werden. Wasser und Strom findet ihr zwischen den Garagentoren. Zwischen Garten und See verläuft eine kleine Bahnlinie, also kein direkter Seeanstoss. Der Zug fährt 4 mal die Stunde, nachts nicht. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich noch eine Hütte und ein Caravan, die/der eventuell von Gästen bewohnt ist. .

In Hegne, einem Teilort der Seegemeinde Allensbach, haben wir 2013 unser kleines Studioapartment "Sonnenseele" zum gemütlichen Feriendomizil umgebaut. Dabei war es uns sehr wichtig, dass man dort alles hat, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt - eben wie zuhause. This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Guests have their own toilet as you have your master en-suite bathroom with a double-bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, toilet, wash machine and dryer. In-between your bedroom and bathroom, there is a dressing room with closets and access to your own storage space, e.g. for your suitcases.

In die City Weingarten ca. 15 min Fuß idealer Ausgangspunkt für Liebhaber der Natur, der Kunst und Kultur; Wanderer, Radfahrer sind genauso willkommen wie Motorradfahrer Wer Erholung in schöner Umgebung, in einer ca. 125 qm schön eingerichteter Wohnung mit Stellplatz am Haus und auf großzügigen Terrasse mit Essplatz, ist bei uns richtig. Die Wohnung kann bis zu 6 Personen belegt werden.

Bei schlechtem Wetter könnt ihr es euch auf der Couch gemütlich machen & Fernseher schauen. Ein Amazon Fire TV Stick ist auch vorhanden, somit könnt ihr auch auf eure Streaming-Dienste zugreifen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
