Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. "How happy is me in Gohlis s" mused Goethe, and he should be right up to today: The situation is made for any taste - you want to jog in the morning, set in 2 minutes from the Rosenthal, a walk you want to find the park within walking distance, you can admire the Zooschaufenster the giraffes. Note: Heating with wood and coal can be an adventure for those used to central heating – warm socks or slippers are highly recommended!

Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.
