A 155 sqm villa in quiet neighborhood. There is a playground in the area and several nice swimming areas(500m). Grocery store is 500m from the property and bus connections are a stone's throw away. The house is fully renovated inside about 5 years ago and the feeling is still new and fresh. There are 4 bedrooms with 7-seater spaces. A larger bathroom with shower, washer and dryer as well as a smaller one with toilet. In the garden, there is a patio that invites you to barbecue evenings. Otherwise, all amenities a regular villa has.

The cottage is located on a shared plot, which is 5000m2, so the patio you have in front of the cottage is free of transparency.Everything is in the cottage except sheets/bed linen and towels.There is only running cold water in the cottage - by the sink + sink in another space in the cottage. This bathroom is shared with others, about 4 people. There is an entrance directly to the bathroom, which is located in my house. 2 of the beds are spring beds and 2 consist of a bunk bed.

Lovely bungalow with access to the sea, boat and canoe included! Located in the beautiful village of Skaftet, approx. 20km south of Västervik. The bungalow has a outdoor- kitchen, shower and an outdoor toilet without a waterflushed bowl. We have a beautiful garden with birds and cats.
