Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. Suitable for 3 people (2 adults+ child). The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized health resort since 2010, meeting climatic and air hygiene requirements. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our granny apartment was renovated in 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shops, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. Our accommodation was completely newly built and lovingly furnished to prepare a few unforgettable days for our guests. Very convenient access through your own front door with a numerical code.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines 4-Parteien Hauses in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in Abtsgmünd. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten, direkten Zugang. Auf 120qm Wohnfläche und einem großen, mediterran angelegten Garten mit Wiese, Bachlauf, Feuerstelle, Whirlpool und großer Terrasse können Sie sich mit Ihrer ganzen Familie entspannen. Haustiere sind willkommen. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie im Umkreis von ca. 800m. In ca. 500m erreichen Sie den Laubachstausee.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Welcome to our holiday apartment under the Rosenstein. The apartment was completely newly built in 2019. The very well equipped apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible down a flight of stairs with separate entrance. The sunny 3 room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Ideal for business people, fitters or small families, the apartment is conveniently located near the B29. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests.

For further excursions, there are swimming lakes, museums, etc. in the immediate vicinity.
