The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Take a break and relax in our extensive garden, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with a gas hot water shower, dry separation toilet and small cooking facility has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. The guest rooms and the large roof terrace offer a wonderful view over Lake Wusterwitz. Located directly on the beach promenade, a stay invites you to go for walks, bike rides, fishing, swimming, and boating. Rental of four kayaks is possible. The property has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet, bathtub and shower, a small guest kitchen and a washing machine. Smoking inside the house and pets are NOT allowed.
