If you like it quiet and close to nature and still want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, you are in the right place. There is a private entrance, terrace and garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs is the bedroom with a single bed and a king size bed. Plus a pull-out bed if everyone wants to sleep separately. We live next door, no key problem, even the arrival time does not matter. We're close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including trucks. Pets welcome.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft. Auf der Loungeterrasse umgeben von Gärten kannst du entspannen. Hier im liebevoll angelegten Grünen wirst Du von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Im nahegelegenen Babelsberger Park kannst Du nicht nur das Schloss besichtigen, sondern auch Wandern, Joggen, Radfahren oder im Strandbad schwimmen gehen. Baden kannst Du ab Mai im eigenen Pool. Trotz der ruhigen Lage, bist Du durch eine sehr gute Anbindung schnell in Potsdam und Berlin.

Wer einen Rückzugsort vom Trubel der Stadt sucht oder ein romantisches Wochenende verbringen möchte, kann sich hier im privaten Wellnessbereich so richtig entspannen. Das urige Tinyhouse bietet eine geräumige Sauna (Holzofen, Himalayasalz-wand) ein eigenen Swimmingpool sowie einen Ruheraum mit Liegen, Küche, große Dusche und Fußbodenheizung. Holz sowie Handtücher und Bademäntel stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Diese Wohnung besticht nicht nur durch ihre besondere Lage direkt am KuDamm, sondern gewährt auch Zugang zu einer großzügigen Dachterrasse, Pool/Whirlpool & Sauna zur Mitbenutzung. Auch im Winter ist die Wohnung Dank Sauna und Whirlpool ein absoluter Traum. Mitten in der City, umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants und Shoppingangeboten, allerdings auch nur 10 min vom ruhigen Grunewald entfernt, der im Winter zum romantischen Winterspaziergang einlädt. Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Modern vacation home with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Berlin outskirts. A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Pure relaxation surrounded by animals, meadows, fields and forests. Located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, you can enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, llamas, donkeys and cats. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk (ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, you could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed (2 people). Outside there is also a sauna house.

In the countryside, 30 minutes to the center of Berlin

The 2-room non-smoking apartment (55 m²), private entrance to the upper floor of our single-family house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels + linen are included. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate neighborhood. From Birkenstein S-Bahn station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Of course, we also have a pool and hot tub (outside covered) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

Charming guest house not far from Lake Zeesener

The guest house "The Pines" is located on the edge of the forest in Senzig and only 1 km from Lake Zeesen. Perfect for slowing down, recharging your batteries or sitting in a meeting in Berlin in 45 minutes. The perfect base for exploring the surrounding area or enjoying the beautiful nature. The apartment, newly furnished in 2022 and completely renovated in 2024, is located on a spacious property with direct forest access.

A cozy, fully insulated wooden house awaits you in the green southeast of Berlin with its own small pool and the possibility to use the sauna for a flat-rate electricity fee. 150 m to the forest and 800 m to the S-Bahn, which takes you quickly to the center with all the sights. This offers a good combination between sightseeing and the well-deserved break afterwards.

My apartment is in the heart of Berlin with immediate access to public transport, restaurants and cafes. Parking spots are right in front of the building. A balcony, high ceilings, American fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, elevator, WiFi and the idyllic Landwehr-canal make my home special. The buildings architecture is a true "turn of the century" example.
