Waterfront holiday rentals in Potsdam-Mittelmark

The location was perfect for our short vacation. Very nice view and quiet atmosphere. Check-in was very easy and we had the right amount of privacy. P.S. We've never been to such a clean Airbnb apartment.

We had a wonderful stay with our child and will definitely come back. Although it was so central, it was relatively quiet and the apartment was exactly as described in the pictures. Also the sofa bed in the living room was very large and comfortable and you could even stay there with two children Simone always responded promptly and we are really very satisfied.

We felt very comfortable in Carola's beautiful apartment. The decor is very tasteful with loving details. The garden is a great place to have breakfast. There are some nice, inviting places there. Carola and her son had good tips for activities. For example, we had a wonderful day on the water with the canoe that we could rent from the boat rental company on the neighboring property. You can quickly reach Berlin by train, so you can enjoy a completely varied vacation!

We were super happy with the place. The equipment was perfect, nothing was missing. We really liked the large garden for private use with terrace, deck chairs and porch swing. Communication with the hostess or her mother was very good. She was always very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this accommodation, the area is also beautiful and the proximity to Berlin is a plus. Therefore 5 stars for everything. Will definitely visit again.

We had a lot of fun in Thekla's studio apartment! It was very central, but still in a quiet and peaceful area. Very idyllic with the park right outside and a short walk to the canal nearby. Recommended!

Thanks for the great time! Apartment is great for the bus stop. What is a little conspicuous is that the light is on at night and goes out in front of the door.

Thomas’s place caught my eye straight away from all the listings. It looked stylish, clean, cozy and had all the needed amenities. The place is located so close to the main city center attractions as well as the hip areas to visit bars, restaurants and small shops. Thomas himself was very proactive with instructions and tips for a better stay.

Nice accommodation, friendly hostess, flexible hassle-free check-in and check-out. There was everything you need. The room is quite small for 4 people with sloping ceilings, and not exactly cheap for its size. For bed and breakfast it was enough, so it was ok, as we were traveling during the day anyway. Overall, we are satisfied, we had a nice stay and felt comfortable. In the village itself, there is hardly anything and it is quiet, by car the nearby town with shopping facilities and diverse Spreewald excursions are easy to reach. On foot, you can get to the water from the house in less than an hour.

Axel is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The house itself was cozy and equipped with everything we needed and MORE. One of the highlights was the friendly squirrel that visited in the mornings, scratching at the window for the nuts Axel provided. Although it gets a bit chilly during that time of the year (November), it only made our evenings by the fireplace even cozier. I had an amazing time with my partner, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay away from the city.

A very nice accommodation, we were there with four people and completely satisfied. Good infrastructure, shopping, public transport connection, car towards Berlin. But also a beautiful, worth-seeing area. Thx 🌸🌸🌸

We booked the house with a fairy group of six people for a week. The location with its own lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and especially if you travel for more than a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we found unfortunate was that in the large living area only three cozy armchairs came to six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But this is a small downside if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great cottage!

Everything was tip-top, we felt right at home. Very well-maintained accommodation - always happy to come back :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Corinna's. The location on the island is very idyllic and the tranquility incomparable. The place is as described and has everything you need for a stay. Shops are within walking distance and Potsdam can be reached in just under 15 minutes by car. Corinna was also available at any time for questions. All in all, recommended at any time.

Great accommodation for a large group in a very quiet and nature-loving location. Kitchen offers everything you need for many people. The bedrooms are clean. We only had problems with the WiFi, which did not work and unfortunately the water in the bathrooms smelled unpleasant like old pipes. If you can overlook it, which we could, it's a great place to stay.

There were eight of us at Maike's for the weekend. The house is spacious and there is everything you need. There was also plenty of space in the garden and yard for barbecuing, campfires, playing and being outside. The location is very quiet. The lake is less than five minutes' walk away. Maike was easily accessible and always friendly and thought along. Gladly again!

Nazanin's apartment is as cozy as advertised and made me feel right at home. Very quiet and it felt very Berlin-like. It truly has everything (extremely well-equipped kitchen); the bath tub is a treat; very well located, easy to get everywhere and full of atmosphere near the canal, very easy check-in, and Nazanin communicated very fast, warmly, and efficiently. I stayed for two weeks and it was perfect for that. It works for short- or long term stays. I would stay there again any time.

Lovely, well located space. Hans communicated clearly and the space was very comfy and the proximity to the Spree and other parts of Berlin was perfect. Would stay again!

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

Had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and has everything you need. It's in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, surrounded by lots of parks, great cafes, and charming shops. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back again.

The location is wonderful. Nearby there is a very nice lake. Björn is very nice, friendly and always helpful. If we needed anything, Björn was very quick to respond. My children and I are very satisfied.

Two-week retreat? Nailed it. If peace&quiet is your love language, you’ll vibe with this place. River + green embankment = open-air office, running track, and relaxation zone in one. Inside, the apartment scores high on the hygge scale: comfy, charming, and blessed with solid internet (my online classes said thank you). Add two mega-stores, a café constellation, and a jungle’s worth of trees, and you’re set. Sure, the centre’s a stroll away, but that only boosted my step count and zen levels. Nice space with a view of the Havel and marina. The kitchen had everything you need for a week's stay in our case. A wonderful bed to sleep in, the shutters provided extra darkness. The 2 outdoor loungers were very nice to lie on. We cooked for ourselves for a few days and then the terrace with our delicious meal was like being in a restaurant. In the area, there are 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets, 3 ice cream parlors, bicycle and boat rentals, and a variety of good restaurants. You cycle to Potsdam along a beautiful route, 10-11km but easy to do. Our car was in the parking garage, which was very nice because of the lack of parking space on the street. We took the bus to Potsdam once, and it was easy and smooth with the 631 that leaves every 20 minutes. We had a nice time!
