Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ein magischer Ort, die Hütte liegt inmitten der Natur an einem wunderschönen Teich. Die Kombination aus Natur und Komfort sucht seinesgleichen. Die Hütte ist in liebevoller Arbeit entstanden und ist neu gebaut. Das Ziel war es modernen Komfort (WLAN, warmes Wasser und bequeme Betten) im rustikalen Stil zu bieten. Übernachten in historischen Gemäuern? Modernen Komfort genießen? In der Sonne im gemütlichen Garten entspannen? In direkter Nähe vom Park Sansscouci? - All das gibt´s hier! Ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Kreuzgewölbe, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche & WC sowie ein Gäste-WC sind über 3 Etagen und auf über 100qm verteilt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mein 2. Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. After a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the accommodation by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). You can do small shopping for food, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service within 200 meters to the accommodation. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space can be booked on the property for 5.00€/night.

Hab eine tolle Zeit! Dein Apartment befindet sich zentral in der historischen Altstadt von Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Von hier aus kannst du die Stadt fußläufig erkunden. Bis zum Marktplatz sind es nur wenige Meter. Nach deinem Ausflug kannst du dich ausgiebig entspannen. Das großzügige und hochwertige Apartment ist ruhig gelegen. Lade deinen Akku wieder auf und nutze die eigene Sauna oder schaue deine Lieblingsserie auf Netflix.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

Modern artist loft apartment over two floors with a small garden in the countryside, 15 minutes by car from the center of Potsdam, 35 mins to Berlin. On the ground floor are: hallway, bathroom, chamber as well as a modern kitchen and a dining room. Direct access to the small garden from the kitchen. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.
