This is a private room in a little boutique pension. The place has a kitchenette for minor food preparation with refrigerator, one heating plate, microwave, etc.. HighSpeed DSL WiFi. There are 1.5 shared bathrooms for the entirety of 3 private rooms. The rooms have a queen size bed, a sofa, a working desk or space for laptop as well as large TV. The place is in a beautiful area in the West Center of Berlin with many parks, a beautiful lake, restaurants. Public transport close by ca. 8 minutes.

This double room of over 58 sqm, can sleep up to four adults on two queen sized beds. A combination of antique and modern furniture adds to this turn of the century design twist. Amazingly restored fresco and stucco ceilings in both the rooms and bathroom, along with original floorboards, bring back the historic flair. The strikingly painted rooms are separated by a sliding door and the bathroom is accessible through the second room only. The balcony is accessible from the first room.

In every room there is a new design to discover with the same standard - good box spring beds, furniture, shower rooms and TV.
