The residential trailer is located on the green rear courtyard in the middle of Berlin and near the train. In the trailer you will find electricity and water, fridge, coffee maker, gas stove, toilet with water flushing, sitting area with TV, wardrobe, dishes, duvets, towels. You can also eat outside. In the adjacent residential building on the 3rd floor, you can visit the bathroom with underfloor heating at any time. The space in the caravan is not like a room. Large rolling suitcases cause problems with accommodation.

Eichwalde is a beautiful place on the southern edge of Berlin, 25 minutes by S-Bahn Berlin-Ostkreuz and 28 minutes from the airport. You walk 1.1 kilometers / 15 minutes from the Eichwalde S-Bahn station to us. Simple ferry bikes are available for your stay, which will take you to the S-Bahn station or the bathing area in 5 minutes. A forest is just around the corner, the bakery is 300m away, not much further there are four restaurants, a delicious ice cream shop and a beautiful shopping street.

The bright industrial Loft used to be an old Piano factory. We turned it into a cozy Holiday Home for groups and families, as well as an Co-Working/Co-Living and Event - Space for companies. The space is 160sqm, has 3 seperate bedrooms and one big group space that also includes a kitchen, a living room area to relax and a dinette with a big table to eat and work. In the kitchen area you will also find a french press for your morning coffee to start your day right.

Laila Convertible Campervan

Camping differently - the three cool convertible caravans offer a real bed, a complete mini kitchen and an open-air sleeping experience in the smallest space. Just roll up the top and look at the stars when you fall asleep. STELLA in dark blue, LAILA in red and SARI in light blue are equipped with canopy and outdoor furniture. Toilets and showers are located in the sanitary building, and the shared kitchen of the water sports center is also welcome to be used.

Small caravan is on the street opposite our apartment with garden and barbecue. On the other side of the street is one of the largest garden colonies, river is within walking distance. Bus stop = 800 m Subway U7 = 1km We are looking forward to uncomplicated people who want to enjoy caravans and explore Berlin.
