If you like it quiet and close to nature and still want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, you are in the right place. There is a private entrance, terrace and garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs is the bedroom with a single bed and a king size bed. Plus a pull-out bed if everyone wants to sleep separately. We live next door, no key problem, even the arrival time does not matter. We're close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including trucks. Pets welcome.

Vacation home Bischof Berlin

Modern vacation home with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Berlin outskirts. A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

This 24 square meter bungalow overlooking Lake Glindow is perfect for escaping the stresses of everyday life. Enjoy the absolute tranquility in nature. A barrel sauna on the terrace & a small pool complete the relaxation factor. The bedroom offers enough space for two adults. Extra sofa bed in the living room. The fully renovated small bathroom has a shower and toilet. The new kitchen (without dishwasher) is fully equipped. The air conditioning was retrofitted in 2023.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Room/maisonette & pool in the countryside near Berlin

Sit back and relax in my lovingly furnished duplex accommodation in a completely renovated house with underfloor heating. It is located in a semi-detached house on the 2nd floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. The house is bordered by a newly completed terrace, a large garden with lots of greenery (currently being renovated), a pool of 4 x 8 m with seating and lounging options. The outdoor area of the pool will also receive a new look next year.

Landidylle

Pure relaxation surrounded by animals, meadows, fields and forests. Located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, you can enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, llamas, donkeys and cats. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk (ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, you could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed (2 people). Outside there is also a sauna house.

KuDamm Apartment w/ rooftop terrace, pool & sauna

This apartment not only impresses with its special location directly on KuDamm, but also has a spacious roof terrace with pool, hot tub and sauna for shared use. All rooms are simply but stylishly furnished and the kitchen has been equipped with high-quality Miele appliances. In principle, there are 2 bedrooms with large beds and the comfortable couch in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed. This apartment leaves nothing to be desired!

In the countryside, 30 minutes to the center of Berlin

The 2-room non-smoking apartment (55 m²), private entrance to the upper floor of our single-family house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels + linen are included. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate neighborhood. From Birkenstein S-Bahn station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Of course, we also have a pool and hot tub (outside covered) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

Charming guest house not far from Lake Zeesener

The guest house "The Pines" is located on the edge of the forest in Senzig and only 1 km from Lake Zeesen. Perfect for slowing down, recharging your batteries or sitting in a meeting in Berlin in 45 minutes. The perfect base for exploring the surrounding area or enjoying the beautiful nature. The apartment, newly furnished in 2022 and completely renovated in 2024, is located on a spacious property with direct forest access.

In nearby Babelsberg Park, you can not only visit the castle, but also go hiking, jogging, cycling or swimming in the lido. You can also swim in your own pool. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach Potsdam and Berlin thanks to a very good connection.
