We really enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful and very comfortable. It was great to enjoy the patio in the morning or the evening and to go for a swim with our kids. Plus the beach supplies were great for a family trip to the beach, which was just about a 10 minute drive. Jose was great about checking in with us too. We would love to stay here again the next time we’re in Playa de Carmen.

El apartamento olia muy rico durante nuestra estadia, el lugar esta muy bien ubicado y es muy facil llegar al mismo, lugar muy comodo para quedarse algunos dias. Muy recomendado

El departamento es muy funcional para 2 personas, la cama super comoda y grande. El balcon que da a la calle muy bueno al momento de comer algo alli. Nos resultó bastante silencioso, la unica contra es que no es oscura la habitación, pero no resultó un inconveniente. En una zona muy linda ya que está a media cuadra de la mejor zona de la 5ta. lo mejor de lo mejor fue su terraza con esas hermosas piscinas y lugar para estar, el bar de la terraza, el jacuzzi vale realmente la pena ya que volvíamos muy tarde y el agua caliente era muy relajante. sin dudas lo recomiendo 100%

The Location Is PERFECT! I Book Places That Have Gyms Inside Of Them, And I Didn't Even Need It. It Is Directly Across The Street From A Full Track And Calisthenics Park. The Area Is EXTREMELY Safe. You're Directly Down The Street From 5th Ave, But You Will Hear No Festivities Or Construction Going On. Food Is On Every Corner. A/C Worked. Hot Water Worked. And You Have Your Own Private Balcony. I Now A Have Automatic Go To Whenever I Visit Playa Del Carmen.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

Un super séjour ! Le logement était exactement comme décrit : propre, spacieux et bien situé par rapport aux diverses activités. Le condo est facile d’accès, l’endroit est très tranquille, parfait pour se détendre. La piscine est belle et bien entretenue. Les chambres sont confortable Micheline et Giovanna ont été très réactives. Les instruction d'arrivée et de départ sont très claires. Je recommande sans hésiter.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Maravillosa experiencia, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Tienen detalles de un buen anfitrión: jabón y shampoo, agua fresca para beber, cocina totalmente equipada. Disfrutamos mucho la vista a la piscina, el Internet excelente, tiene pantallas en las habitaciones y la decoración muy linda, ya queremos regresar! Nayeli muy atenta, amigable y pendiente en todo momento, brinda una excelente atención. Totalmente recomendable!

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. Siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros,todo limpio,muy bonito el Depa y el fraccionamiento espectacular,las albercas super bonitas si vas a reservar alberca hazlo 1 día antes, aunque existe una alberca en común. Todas las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables!!

¡Una experiencia de 50 estrellas! El alojamiento superó por completo nuestras expectativas. Todo está pensado con mucho cariño y cuidado: el aseo impecable, las habitaciones cómodas, bien equipadas y decoradas con muy buen gusto. Las camas son muy cómodas y todo el lugar transmite tranquilidad y buena energía. Desde el primer momento, los anfitriones estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una atención increíble. La ubicación es excelente: en carro estás a minutos de la Quinta Avenida, de supermercados, zonas de comida y todo lo que puedas necesitar. Las piscinas son espectaculares y el ambiente en general es muy agradable. La zona es tranquila y segura, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando Playa del Carmen. Recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Gracias por todo!

An Unforgettable Escape — Thanks to Andrea’s Amazing Spot! Andrea’s team? Gisel, and Ari. Absolutely clutch. They didn’t just host our vacation, they made it. From the moment we walked in, it felt less like checking into a rental and more like stepping into a well-kept secret just three blocks from the beach. You read that right, three blocks. That means morning strolls on the sand, lunch at any of the countless nearby restaurants, and sunset views that hit different from not one but two private balconies. The space itself? Total gem. Icecold AC in every room, blackout shades that kept things chill when the sun was blazing, and still tons of natural light when you wanted it. The vibes? Immaculate. And the front desk? Warm, welcoming, and always on point. Oh, and did we mention the two pools? Yeah, leaving this place was the hardest part of the whole trip. Already counting down the days until we can rebook. If you’re lucky enough to snag a stay here… don’t think twice. Just go.
