Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. Green Door Studio

Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.

This is a 1/4 acre section open-plan quiet and relaxing space close to the central city. Bedroom, living room and kitchen space all occupy an open plan. A comfy sofa bed can be made up this incurs a cost of $25 Per Night. You have access to a shared garden, bush, flowers, ferns and spa/hot tub. SPA complimentary for you. Walnut Tree Meditation Hut.
