Just 6 km from Oxford, 18 mins from SH 73 and 50 mins from ChCh Airport, this cottage offers a serene retreat. Enjoy panoramic views of Mount Oxford and a brilliant night-time starscape. Nestled on a large, private farm near the foothills, you can unwind in peace and enjoy the company of some adorable animal visitors. Black Mountain is situated in the foot hills of the Kaikoura Seaward Ranges and 6km North of the Kaikoura township. The home is designed for short and long term stays, is very private and enjoys a rural aspect. Bedroom, living, dining, bath and deck all enjoy mountain and garden views and it is possible to see the ocean from the surrounds. On arrival you will find freshly some freshly prepared provisions - probably enough for a little breakfast for two on me for your first morning!
