Incredible airbnb, I would absolutely stay here again. Private home tucked away in a beautiful landscape. Home was clean, had all the useful appliances, wonderful shower + kitchen. Bed was comfortable, wifi was fast. You have your own entrance and parking area. Hosts were so welcoming and friendly. There are donkeys on the adjacent property area that you can feed which was the highlight. The gym and sauna are underneath the airbnb listing but we were so active in town that we did not end up using them. Short drive to town for restaurants. Highly recommend, perfect for 2 people.

Around 10 minutes walk to town centre and just 2 minutes walk from a large supermarket. Quiet surroundings and the property has fully equipped everything needed. Friendly host too! We had a great time staying.

The place is nice, clean and well equipped, walkable distance to Queenstown. Sharlene is a friendly host.

Steve and Shana are so lovely and their place is in the perfect location so close to everything and very comfortable. The shower pressure is amazing and outlook beautiful. Cannot wait to return!

We really appreciated having a clean, convenient space for our 2 night get away to the city. We are from the states staying in Twizel but wanted to come to the city for a few nights. The place was perfect with all the amenities. Great for kids. Loved the balcony views! Can’t beat it!

A really lovely Airbnb, very clean and well-appointed and we slept very well. The location is great and the host is very responsive. Be aware that the (free) parking on the street is a little tricky, especially in a larger vehicle, because spaces go very quickly or are small. But ultimately we always found parking. If looking for a space it is worth approaching the street from the uphill end as we were told by a local that the NZ authorities fine you if you park facing the ‘wrong’ way.

This was a lovely apartment! The views are amazing, and the space is very comfortable. This was one of our favorite accommodations during our whole time in New Zealand. Very communicative, and easy check-in process.

My friend and I were in desperate need of a break to get away from it all and this place in stunning Wānaka was PERFECT! Warm, welcoming, private and peaceful, with everything we needed, the full kitchen was wonderful, access to the pool and spa a definite bonus we had a great week. Allocated parking means you don't have to worry about moving the car and everything in town was walkable - a really pleasant stroll around the lake to that Wānaka tree and the town. Cannot wait to go back!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

Nice place nestled in the Monaco apartments. It has solid heating, good kitchen facilities and a nice little outdoor spot too. It’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Good walks and food spots nearby too.

The apartment was very clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and communication with Kate was great. Would happily stay there again.

This was a very comfortable, well equipped condo. Our rental car was too big to fit in the garage but parking was easy and convenient outside in the designated spaces. Short drive to city center and there is a sidewalk that would allow you to walk if you wanted. We could see the mountains from the patio! Great for our family.

Excellent experience, Rochelle went above and beyond with a couple of small issues. She replaced a TV that failed to operate without any hesitation despite it being a public holiday. Thankyou again.

Excellent stay with Kate. Her place is thoughtfully decorated with expansive mountain views and felt like home in Wanaka immediately. Great outdoor balcony overlooking the ranges which a BBQ to enjoy some food and drinks. Kate was an incredible host proactively offering baby essential items for our little one, answering questions we had within minutes, checking in to see how I stay was. The property was kept in immaculate condition, place felt brand new with modern amenities like aircon, heating in all rooms and exceptionally clean which was really important for us travelling with a baby and the wider complex had excellent amenities like tennis courts, spa and gym which was an added bonus for an Airbnb. Highly recommend and great place for a family or anyone to come back home after a day venturing in and around Wanaka

Ligar Bay is a fantastic spot, the changing tides provide so much diversity and interest - we kayaked, paddle boarded, walked and swam in the bay and at surrounding beaches and tracks. The house itself is very clean, with beautiful outlook and the garden is lovely. Furnishings and linen are very stylish and beds were comfortable. We found the lack of curtains/blinds a little challenging - there’s a skylight without a blind directly above master bed, one bedroom has no blind and the other had sheers, which provide privacy but no light. We love our sleep in holiday! We also missed having a dishwasher - some wouldn’t care. We appreciated all the pantry staples, great indoor and outdoor showers and water toys available for guests to use. A stunning place!

Was a great property to stay with multiple families. Had a birthday lunch and the kitchen was well equipped to handle it. Had some minor issue with the wifi connection for the tv but didn’t hinder the stay. Well recommended.

Place was perfect for us for a long holiday . The location was perfect and the house had enough space for all of us and for the dogs . Yard was great and loved the privacy and the area. Did not realize how beautiful the place was until we went for walks and explored . So close to the lake and to great swimming spots. Would love to come back.

Stunning views, every minute in this beautiful building was amazing! The location is close to Split Apple rock, which was a cool mini hike. The Abel Tasman tour booths and pick up are less than a 15 minute drive away to book a trip out into the national park. There are penguins that come up to the property at night that are hilarious to listen to, we went to an aquarium a few days later and found a stuffed animal that sounded so similar that between our group we ended up getting three of these stuffies throughout the trip just because we'd heard them at this location and it was such a good memory to have made. I Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope we get the chance to again someday!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful immaculate warm home. Great amenities, spa and games room. Warm and responsive host would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ashburton.

We loved staying there, great for kids with sporting equipment and big backyard with soccer goals. Highly recommend.
