We loved staying with Helen at the Bealey eco lodge. The setting is breathtaking and Helen’s cosy lodge was the perfect place to explore the area from. Helen is a super friendly host with a remarkable knowledge of the region. We’d recommend this stay for anyone traveling through the area looking for an off-grid experience

We had the most wonderful time at Sally’s and Keri’s place. It is located in beautiful surroundings, lots of nature and places to visit the sea and take a walk. The hot tub should win an award for “most beautiful view from a hot tub”. With unmatched hospitality, great breakfast and the friendliest dog we can not recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for having us!

We had a wonderful stay with Kirsty and John at Fox Glacier. We were made to feel extremely welcome and enjoyed the many conversations we had. We were lucky to have the house to ourselves and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast served by them both. We would highly recommend their stunning property to anyone visiting the area as it's well positioned for all the local activities. Kirsty provided a later breakfast one morning as we wanted to have an early walk around Lake Matheson and to view the glacier. It was so interesting to hear their family history of living in the area for a few generations and their involvement in the community as a whole. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are visiting the area.

Absolutely gorgeous! Rob's place was clean, private, and peaceful. It was a true treasure to stay in such a beautiful historic place. We hope to return someday!

My wife and I had the most amazing time staying at Pete & Janine's place! The room was fabulous and styled with taste! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was cozy and warm with its log fire!! Pete & Janine were fantastic hosts and treated us as though we were family. They cooked a great dinner both nights as the pub down the road was closed! We absolutely recommend this place at the highest level! We loved our stay and will look to return again soon!!

Thanks Judy! we loved this place. it was so good to be away from the direct bustle of the Queenstown downtown. We were prompted to explore the local area up to Coronet Peak, Ayrburn and Arrowtown it gave us the most pleasant stay in nature. The barn is such good value and and as quintessential kiwi family gathering in Queenstown for a 80th staying at the barn was proclaimed the best accom and a great evening in beautiful weather at the barn having dinner together. Judy it was better than we could have imagined. Mum proclaimed we didn't need a lunch on the Earnslaw as she had the best family pre birthday night. Many thanks Judy. we will be back.

The property was unbelievably beautiful and clean. Sally was extremely friendly and responsive to any messages. She really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I’m so happy with the memories made here. Thank you very much for a magical stay.

Really clean and comfy room with private bathroom next door. The house is beautiful with a nice little breakfast room and we got to use the BBQ and terrace aswell which were great. Short walk to see the shipwreck and to the town center with shops and restaurants. Overall can recommend.

I came to Paul’s place for one night with my mom and we had such a lovely stay. The place was clean and well located. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed at Shirley's place for a night for our little blue penguins trip at Timaru. The place is absolutely lovely, and our room is located on the ground floor where we have a living room and a large balcony of our own. We really appreciated Shirley's hospitality and her serving us a nice New Zealand breakfast in the dining room on the first floor (where the host stays). We couldn't feel more at home and peaceful at Shirley's place, 5 stars!

Sheryl’s place is an absolute must for visiting New Zealand’s South Island! We stumbled on her place in a last minute booking, avoiding rain, and ended up staying another night because of how lovely our experience was. Sheryl is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and we loved chatting with her. Her house is not only stunning, but steps away from Lake Hawea— a must stay!

Had a great stay. Lyn was helpful and friendly. The room was modern and well furnished with a lot of small touches which made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend this place totally. In my opinion it deserves seven stars.

Great overnight stay. The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed chatting with Rosemary over breakfast. A warm and friendly host who we'd happily stay with again.

Very kind grandparents, smooth communication，beautiful house, clean and warm rooms, convenient shopping, about 10 minutes drive to Woolworths. There is a large playground behind the house, and there are also many children's books and toys at home, which are very suitable for living with children. It was a very happy living experience, and if there is a chance, I will come back and recommend it to others!

Sue is very welcoming and gave us a very good stay. The room is very cozy and very warm. The view is the most beautiful B&B in Kaikula. You can see the galaxy at night on the balcony of the room. The room is also very clean. Sue also prepared snacks for me. Breakfast in the morning with hot milk, a very good house, I highly recommend everyone to stay.

Kate, Andrew and family were amazing hosts. The room was beautiful and included touches that made us really feel at home. Stand outs were the wonderfully home made breakfasts that Kate made to dietary restrictions, the brilliant recommendations in their online guidebook, and the fantastic scenery. All in all it was an amazing stay with proactive hosts and we would love to stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Marie and John are very friendly and warm hosts. We felt very comfortable. Marie gave us good tips. It is a wonderful place to relax. The breakfast is prepared with a lot of love. The room with bathroom is very comfortably furnished. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea.

Such a lovely place to stay! The room was warm and inviting—just what we needed during the holidays. Our host went above and beyond by making us fresh coffee every morning, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Everything was clean and super comfortable. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kristy's AirBnB. The accommodation was perfect—exactly as pictured—and incredibly comfortable. Parking was a breeze, and Kristy was a fantastic host. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

Highly recommended. Kay's place was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen and furnishings of high quality. Kay was very friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Kays place is within a few minutes walk of restaurants and a good supermarket. The continental breakfast was delicious and Kay's homemade marmalade the best I have tasted.
