In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with slatted frame. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. The 66 m² apartment is friendly, bright and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is barrier-free and therefore ideally suited for guests with physical disabilities. There is also plenty of space for our little guests to play and discover.

Die Wohnung (53qm) befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Hauses, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem separaten Bett, sowie ein Sofa mit Schlaffunktion im Wohnraum (Breite ca 1,30m, für zwei Erwachsene ist es etwas eng, aber ein Erwachsener und ein Kind, bzw für 2 Kinder ist es ausreichend) Über eine Treppe erreicht ihr die Wohnung und könnt im Lichthof gemütlich sitzen und grillen...

To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps.
