Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Upper Swabia

It was a great and relaxing weekend for two. A beautiful place to stay in nature. We weren't there the last time. 🥰 The contact with Petra was very easy and extremely friendly. We can't wait to see you next time!

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean the location was perfect!

We were very pleased. Roland is a very attentive host and took good care of us. Many little things that increase comfort were thought of, the kitchen is well equipped with many little things, even fresh ground coffee was in the cupboard.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything was carefully and lovingly prepared and we were personally greeted and introduced to the house and surroundings. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful, covered veranda in front of the house with a view of the garden. We would choose the Vroni vacation home again at any time.

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Our family stayed at this beautiful Country cabin type of home for a week during Easter vacation. Sabine and her family were wonderful and helpful and treated us like family. The home and location was perfect for our stay in Germany as it was central to places we wished to visit and see. The elevator, Sauna and ping pong table were fun bonuses. The two vehicle garage was perfect for us and with each room being on its own level and having its own washroom and shower was beneficial, there is no common washroom in the home however this was a minor detail for us. The home was fully equipped with cooking items and cutlery and dishes and has a wine fridge. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. The town sits next to the Danube River and has a beautiful Church, its own Bakery and two restaurants/bars as well a sports play area with mini-putt and curling. The next town is 10 mins away which has a Grocery Store. We would love to visit her home again.

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

Everything went great for one night. However, we were very happy that Michaela and Ralf were at home, because we could not cope with the digital locking system. The two, by the way, very friendly hosts, then opened the door for us in a very 'old school' way and gave us a fantastically quiet night with a sun-drenched morning and a view of the vast landscape.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Matthias' place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The breathtaking view and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything one might need, from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. Parking was convenient right in front, and the beautiful terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the silence. Overall, I can only recommend this place—it's a true gem. I would love to return and experience it all over again. Thank you, Matthias, for being such a fantastic host!

A well-cut, clean and well-maintained apartment. Pretty, with a nice wooden floor and half-timbered beams and a great bathroom with a very large shower and also a bathtub; it is practical that the toilet is separate. A large kitchen, as well as the bedroom is large, here you could even put a wider bed in. We felt very comfortable and the central location was wonderful! Highly recommended.

Sebastian's apartment is perfect for a stay in the Allgäu. The apartment is impeccable and extremely clean. A clear recommendation. I'd love to come back!

A nice little 1-room basement apartment in the host's family home with a separate entrance. We were here for a weekend and are completely satisfied. Check-in was straightforward via the key box. But it can also be done in person. After check-in, we rang the bell and were greeted by Martin. Upon request, he also directly recommended 2-3 things we can do in the area. What we really liked was that he thought about it afterwards and suggested other things to us. As a result, we really had a very nice morning at the local rose festival, which happened to take place this weekend. Thank you very much. In summary, we can say that we spent time in a nice little apartment with great hosts.

Traudl is very nice and the communication was always relaxed and fast. The accommodation is cozy and well-equipped. You definitely need a car to get from A to B here, as the location is very rural. But that's also the charm. We were able to relax well. Even with a small problem that had to be solved afterwards, the contact was always friendly.

The accommodation is wonderful and we felt at home. Beautiful location just a stone's throw from the historic center but in a quiet and very green residential neighborhood. Elke is a wonderful host, precise in her directions and very kind. We will definitely be back

We stayed for two nights in Helmut and Nadine's accommodation and felt completely comfortable! We arrived with a toddler and were even provided with a baby bed. Everything was super clean, tastefully decorated and nothing was really missing. Everything was taken care of, so you really only had to bring food. It doesn't get any better than this for a vacation apartment! The landlords were very nice, helpful and provided everything you need for a pleasant stay. It was quiet and on the small balcony/terrace you can enjoy the weather wonderfully. Absolutely recommended - we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is great. Unfortunately, I was not well on arrival (we were only passing through on our way home) and then decided to drive home :-( Nevertheless, everyone was very kind and understanding.

We fell in love with the sparkling clean apartment right away. It is very lovingly decorated without unnecessary stuff. The amenities are extraordinarily good and there was even a guest gift. Communication was also flawless. Definitely our first choice if we come back to Ulm

If I could, it would award 10 stars. You feel at home with Barbara and Sepp. The apartment is tastefully decorated and super clean. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. Keep it up and thank you for a few wonderful days in your apartment.

I liked it because the house was so tidy. They were considerate of us so that we could comfortably use the first floor as a private room while traveling with our family. When I needed help, they came right away and solved it, and the chat response was fast~~. Both of them were so kind. I booked it again on the last day of my trip~~:) Always happy. Thank you.

We had a very nice week and a half. Only the kitchen and the refrigerator were smaller than expected; but no problem. The attic room in particular was an inviting place to read and play.
