Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

Unsere Ferienwohnung (ca. 70 qm ) liegt am Rande des kleinen Ortes Geschwend, im Todtnauer Ferienland. Geschwend hat ca. 410 Einwohner. Die Unterkunft ist gut für 2-4 Personen. Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit grösseren Kindern. Sie beinhaltet ein Doppelbett auf der Galerie, sowie im Wohnbereich eine ausziehbares Sofabett. The cities of Zurich, Basel, Freiburg and Konstanz are all around an hour's drive away. The house is situated on the edge of a small village in the middle of overwhelming nature that invites you to hike and bike and there are swimming, wellness and golf facilities nearby.
