Besonderes Highlight ist die angrenzende Wiese mit Pavillon – ideal für ein gemütliches Frühstück im Freien. Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

From each room you can directly access a balcony overlooking the beautiful nature. Hiking trails start right by the house.

The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang und eigener Terrasse, die Ausstattung ist gemäß den Bildern. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas erhöht über dem Ort Zell im Wiesental, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist eine landschaftlich reizvolle Gegend mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad, mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.

The cozy attic apartment is located in the countryside near the twin city of Waldshut-Tiengen on the Swiss border. The 80 square meter, fully equipped apartment has a balcony with a view, a spacious living / dining area, a spacious bathroom and a cozy bedroom. If necessary, additional guests can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa.
