Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Waldshut

The previous evaluations have raised high expectations, which have been consistently met. Everything that has been written so far is true! The prepared hiking trails are particularly great, some of which start right at the house. After hiking, relaxation in the sauna, then a cozy evening in the beautiful apartment. Only one disadvantage: we were there for too short a time! So only recommended, and indeed host and holiday home, you live and live effectively as on cloud 7.

The house was perfect for our needs. A great big common space. Everyone had plenty of retreat options. The house was very tastefully decorated

I live in Airbnbs and originally booked Claire’s house for 3 nights and extended it two more once I realized how great it is. All the other reviews are accurate about location and quality. It’s full of books and other non-IKEA things that make you feel at home. The apartment, even though downstairs, has its own outdoor space and feels airy You can get into Freiburg very easily by public transport and there are walking trails directly from the house. Plenty to do. Bring a bike if you can. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was easily one of the best Airbnb stays we've ever had. The place is so spacious and well designed. From the sun room to the garden to the fully equipped kitchen and the fireplace. It was the perfect home base for our family of five to travel all over the black forest. Sam and Jenny were always a text away for every question we had, and we're very helpful and welcoming. The lake is just a 5 minute walk from the house, and the market is just as close. We loved it, and highly recommend it on a visit to the black forest

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

We were able to spend a great family vacation here with 13 adults. The amenities in the house were phenomenal and left nothing to be desired.

The kitchen is a real walhalla for those who like to cook. Everything is available, top chef knives of super quality,spacious Liebherr fridge with freezer. Everything decorated and cared for with love. Spacious bathroom, blissful beds, beautiful and well-kept private garden to stay in, a wonderful natural hot tub! A spacious terrace where you can enjoy the silence with a babbling stream in the background, the sound of locusts and a beautiful view!!!We had a top holiday here and regret that we did not book here for 2 weeks. The surroundings here are unique and beautiful for hiking and discovering and the local people here are all so sweet and warm. We will definitely come back here! Highly recommended!

The accommodation was extremely quiet in a beautiful location with very good excursion possibilities. Very clean and very well equipped, also really nicely designed. Nice contact - we were able to quickly and easily resolve a minor damage we had caused after departure.

During our visit to the Black Forest, we felt very comfortable with Ursela, she met us very friendly and was never intrusive. On the day of arrival, she was on site and showed us the apartment. The stone staircase leads to the upper floor to the apartment door. From the hallway, all rooms lead off, to the right the living room resembles a ballroom, with a magnificent view from the panoramic window into the countryside. A cozy sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, many board games and books are at your disposal. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed, the balcony is great. There is a guest toilet and in the bathroom you can bathe or shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped, for 2 adults and 2 children we didn't lack anything. In the children's room/2nd bedroom there were some children's books and other toys. The entire apartment was very clean and tidy, the location is quiet and right on the edge of the forest. We felt very comfortable.

Duri's place was spacious, clean, and excellently situated - I would certainly stay again the next time I'm in Zurich!

The accommodation is fantastically located in the countryside, ideal for switching off and relaxing. The living spaces are cozy and everything (including kitchen and bathroom) was tip top clean. Klaus responds super fast, was always helpful, very friendly and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

We had the most amazing stay. Rebecca and Tony were the loveliest hosts, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our adventures (which were wonderful and aplenty). We’re so grateful to the whole family for making our stay so welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful property and to explore the local area. It really is an enchanting place, lush and green with so much to see and do. We were struck by the rich biodiversity of the region and how quiet and pristine it is. As a family who are passionate about nature and enjoy nothing more than spending time together outdoors, this was the prefect base. The property is nestled amongst tree-covered hills with beautiful wildflower meadows spanning the valley and you’ll find a stream at the bottom of the garden. The balcony offers dreamy views out towards the picturesque landscape where you can enjoy the soothing soundtrack of birds, the bells of the goats on the hillside and the stream. A little slice of paradise!

As a family with two small children (4 and 6 years old), we spent wonderful days in Ludger's apartment. The selection of books and toys is phenomenal, the apartment is equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The apartment is clean, there is enough of everything. Ludger is very friendly and very easy to reach. We had self-inflicted problems with the toaster, Ludger replaced it directly. Highly recommended, the price-performance ratio is great!

an exotic stay, exactly what we were looking for. The hut is faithful to the simple, functional and efficient description to contribute to a change of scenery and return to the true sources of a simple life without the artifices and futilities of city life... thank you very much!

We wanted a place where we could find privacy and peace. Well, that's definitely worked out! Nice quiet place with a view of the city. Too bad we didn't stay longer. The outdoor shower takes some getting used to with warm water, but otherwise it's a very nice place!

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most of them can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so there are many leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit chilly, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. The breakfast was magnificent and far too much for two people. We would have liked to eat more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Recommendation = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

It was a good stay, a perfect base to see the Bodensee, Schaffhausen and other nice places. The house was simple, but fine! Everything you need is there.

The accommodation is in the garden of the host family. The garden is so beautifully arranged. The cottage is so cute and so cozy. We thank Elias and his whole family for the nice reception.

Super nice reception by the hostess who happened to be there. The accommodation has retained the charm of the old train station Poststelle. Everything you need is there. The small garden is bordered by which is great with a dog. Despite the train station, it is very quiet, you can hardly hear the few trains. The stairs up are really steep, but easily doable due to the railing/light. Restaurants, bakers and shopping are in walking distance. You can hike directly from the property. The bus and train are right around the corner, so you are everywhere very quickly. We were very pleased :)

Beautifully located in a small wood. Many birds and squirrels to watch. We felt completely comfortable.

The location, the well-kept garden with seating, the direct lake access, the conservatory with cheminee, the kitchen, the sauna with shower, the toilets are GREAT!!! The bedroom and the living room are small, but comfortable. What didn't work: hot tub and TV. But that wasn't bad for us. We had a sensational time and would be happy to come back.
