Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cologne

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and well maintained, the kitchen well equipped – ideal if you want to cook or bake yourself. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view, and hiking trails start right outside the door. The contact with the hostess was friendly and straightforward.

Wonderful house in peace and beautiful nature. Everybody comes to sit in their own corner and then we just lost each other. Being Anna and Max very welcoming and sweet. This will make you feel immediately welcome and at home. Lovely pampering will complete it all.

Anne's property is beautiful. It is peaceful and quiet and the area is wonderful.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. We had a lovely time.

Very nice house with a great thought-out concept. The music concept and lighting were particularly great. There was a slight background noise from the industrial area, but this can be excluded through the windows. The furnishings and equipment are top-notch. Direct contact with the landlord was always possible via the platform. Thank you for the wonderful experiences, especially through laughter, singing and dancing.

The place was much better than expected. Everything was very well maintained and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. There was everything you need.

Jutta's cottage is completely cozy we were and with friends and 3 children. There is a delightful large garden where the children can play to their heart's content. The house itself was completely in order, everything was thought of. We had a wonderful weekend. Super nice place, thanks!

We were in the apartment over Pentecost. It was really nice there, the apartment is modern and nicely furnished, everything you need is available. You have a great view of the picturesque landscape. It is of course very rural, if you expect a shop or bakery, you will search for this in vain. But that was completely okay for us, by car you can quickly get to Bad Münstereifel where there is everything you need.

Central, sufficiently equipped, good space for 6 people

Aggi & Lars were very friendly and likeable hosts, the apartment really nice and clean and the location a dream. We felt very comfortable with dog and two toddlers and are happy when we have the opportunity to spend our family vacation there again.

This time our big one stayed with friends and again everything was great! Frank and his wife are friendly, helpful and everything is clean. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back! Maybe next year for Gamescom 🤗☀️

Lovely host, approachable and lovely place to stay.

Very nice holiday accommodation equipped with a lot of love for detail. The hostess was always directly accessible. The area is very quiet. If you are on vacation there, you will feel completely comfortable.

This was an incredible stay for us. From the time we got their until the time we left we were greeted most graciously and given a short tour of the Villa. Evelyn was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. I'd recommend this Countryside get-away to all looking for a break from the City. 10/10 Cant wait to book another stay.

If you like something different, yet with all the required amenities, this is the place for you. Situated in innercourt place, the apartment is huge and spacious. It has all the equipment you can think of and a large sauna in one of the bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but with all the required grocery shops and restaurants in little walking distance. It is also just 30 minutes walk through a park to the old city of Dusseldorf. The host Daniel was very flexible and provided all the needed information well in advance, so that we had no trouble finding and opening the apartment. Beds were great, both large and comfortable. Also, the little terrace outside the main living room was very nice, as it is secluded and we were lucky to have a warm Dusseldorf evening.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The accommodation was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. Communication with the host was always friendly. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you!

Located on the edge of the forest, with a large lounge with a fireplace and views of ponds, meadows and forest, the Forest Lodge was an ideal place for us - 5 people with a dog - an ideal place for a reunion over the turn of the year. A nice place for a few days in quiet surroundings that invites you to walks, chats by the fireplace, reading at one of the large windows, cooking and eating together. Sincere thanks for the well thought out hospitality!

Super friendly hosts and great booking processing.

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

Nice house and place

Markus is a great host and is highly recommended if you ever stay around Düsseldorf. The location is perfect for nature lovers and yet close to the City Center, airport and convention Center. Recommended without any hesitation.
