The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Fully air-conditioned attic. Relax on the 30 sqm roof terrace with views over the rooftops of the Veedel (Cologne-Nippes). Located in a quiet side street. 5-minute walk to the shopping street (supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants). 2 kilometers to the cathedral as the crow flies, about 10 minutes by taxi to the trade fair.

Luxurious 2 room apartment (plus 2 bath rooms and balcony) for up to 4 people located centrally at Cologne Southtown with easy connection to highways and access to public transportation and trade fair center (7 min with subway, 2 stops). To the shopping mile at Schildergasse and Cologne’s best Christmas market at Heumarkt it’s just 10min to walk. Southtown of Cologne offers many café’s and various restaurants in all price categories in walking distance. Absolutely no parties allowed!

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Mini-studio in the green heart of Cologne/centrally located

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.

In the middle of the most beautiful street of Cologne-Ehrenfeld in a newly built townhouse, this cozy guest apartment is offered. From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).
