Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Munich

Wir waren 8 und haben eine Team-Workation gemacht. Das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im großen Wohnzimmer!

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

I will be here again if any need in future.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Rosalind und ihrem Mann in Empfang genommen. Die beiden waren sehr herzliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und München oder Starnberg sind sehr gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Wir waren zu 4. da und hatten ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist relativ steil und eng was für uns kein Problem war aber mit Kindern oder älteren Personen könnte das ein Thema sein. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft eine Emfpehlung!

After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

Sonja's apartment is a great place to stay while exploring Munich and it's surroundings. It had all the amenities we needed. the rainforest shower head was especially welcome, and the bed was very comfortable. Sonja and her husband were very attentive and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. While in Finsing I recommend renting a car to be able to fully explore Munich and it's surroundings. The Erding spa is only a 15 minute drive away, and the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial is 20 minutes. You can park your car at a nearby U-Bahn and take a train into downtown Munich, which I'd recommend over driving in Munich itself. Overall Sonja's apartment made our stay in Munich unforgettable!

Great location. Pretty unique place. Things that should be mentioned, but should not deter you to stay and are not worth a lower rating. It is a bit tricky to find the place from the main road and from the parking garage. They do have videos posted on YouTube to help you, but the videos move kind of fast and it's still a little hard to find everything, but once you do find it, it's easy from there. The shower is incredibly difficult to get in and out of. The only part of the shower that opens, hits the toilet before it opens all the way. You have to turn sideways to get in and it's a pretty big step up. Be careful when getting out. The location was perfect, very close to Marienplatz. And having the parking garage available was very nice, as well. Great communication from the hosts.

The perfect place to stay in Munich for a vacation. Incredible location in the heart of the city. The apartment has a very large living space which is great for a family or group of friends. Die Beschreibung und Bilder der Wohnung haben super gepasst. Es war alles gut vorbereitet und sauber. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Für einen Aufenthalt in München ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert. Insbesondere wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Es gibt Parkplätze bei der Wohnung und kann mit der S-Bahn in 20 Min zum München HBF fahren und kann das Auto super bei der Wohnung stehen lassen. Die Kommunikation war super und die Anleitung für den Check-in war perfekt und alles sehr unkompliziert.

Wir nehmen die besten Erinnerungen aus unserem 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen und perfekt eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, entspricht genau der Beschreibung und sieht noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Rainer ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der immer bei Fragen erreichbar ist. Außerdem fanden wir sein zur Verfügung gestelltes Infomaterial perfekt. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden und der Blick vom Balkon in das satte Grün ist selbst bei Regen schön. Die Region mit einer Vielzahl an gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen eignet sich perfekt für Aktivurlaub auf der einen und Entschleunigung auf der anderen Seite. Der Schliersee ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch der Bäcker sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine super Zeit. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Danke für Alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Das Vogelgezwitscher weckt dich morgens und den ersten Kaffe trinkst du auf dem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne während im Teich das Wasser plätschert. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Johannas grünen Oase. Die Wohnung ist chic eingerichtet mit tollen Farben und geschmackvoller Deko. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - Scharfe Messer und gut erhaltene Utensilien. Arbeiten funktioniert mit dem vorhandenen WLAN die meiste Zeit. In München ist man mit dem Auto in unter 30min.

Die Unterkunft war absolut top! Sehr sauber, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet – man merkt, dass sich die Vermieter wirklich große Mühe gibt. Es gab kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und Überraschungen, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben. Ein Hinweis: Um zur Wohnung zu gelangen, muss man durch den Flur der Privatwohnung gehen – das ist vielleicht nicht für jeden ideal, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt definitiv empfehlenswert – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die kleine Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und es ist wunderbar ruhig. Sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Und obwohl das Bett ausklappbar ist, haben wir wunderbar darin geschlafen! Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war sehr gut und nett und die beiden haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Einziges worauf man sich einstellen muss ist, dass Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß eher weiter weg sind. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Das beste Premium Budget AirBnB: das ist die beste Wohnung in der Nähe von München und Umgebung für ein faires Budget. Für zwei Personen, die ein Auto haben, perfekte Wahl. (Mit Auto 35 min/mit ÖPNV 1h 15 min nach München) Es ist wirklich ein fairer Deal, der für alle jungen flexiblen Menschen für längere aber in meinem Fall auch kürzere Trips perfekt ist. Ich bedanke mich jetzt schon mal für alles und ganz klar ist es nicht mein letztes Mal hier 😉

Wir waren restlos begeistert. Ein liebevoll, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und bestens ausgestattetes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Und eine tolle Terrasse mit Essplatz und Sonnenliegen, einfach super und gemütlich. Johann hat uns herzlich begrüßt und gute Tipps gegeben, das Ein- und Auschecken verlief problemlos.
