The grounds are green and hilly. The house is a small red cottage, in the middle of the historic buildings of Eriksöre. There are older windmills, barns and stone cellars. By car or bicycle, you can quickly get to Öland's beaches, sights such as Capellagården's craft school, the World Heritage Site for Sydöland's agricultural cultural landscape and Alvaret.
