Neben unserem Haus am Waldrand liegt diese sehr ruhige, separate Einliegerwohnung mit 2 Zimmern, moderner Küche und Bad, mit ca. 55 qm. Der einmalige, idyllische Garten, den unsere Gäste gerne von ihrer eigenen Terrasse aus mitnutzen und genießen können, ist weitläufig und nach Süden ausgerichtet. Der Starnberger See ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wandern, schwimmen, spazieren, radfahren – Berg ist der ideale Platz für abwechslungsreiche Ferien im Voralpenland.

Cozy Country House - Voralpenland - Region München

The house is located in the country-side, only 25 km south of Munich, close to Lake Starnberg (8to10km), the Octoberfest, the river "Isar" and only a 30 minutes drive to the beautiful mountains. A little "country side" park surrounds the house, which we share with chickens and ducks. (Your kids will love them). -It is the perfect family place (up to 6/ may be 8 people) - for going to Munich, the alpes and lakes. - also very cosy if you are looking for a very romantic place of two .

Felder`s Boutique House ist super geeignet für maximal 4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder. High Speed W-Lan ist vorhanden. Der Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Skifahren, Wanderungen, Radtouren, Wasserskifahren am Inselsee Immenstadt, Surfen, Baden am See, Rafting auf der Iller (5 Gehminuten entfernt) und abends gemütlich Grillen und Chillen im Garten. The fresh renovated holiday apartment is centrally located in the town of Farchant, 4km from the center of Garmisch. The train station, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Various hiking opportunities, cycling tours and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Garmisch Classic & Zugspitze ski areas can be reached by car, bus or train. Guests of Lenz holiday apartment receive a 20% discount on ski rental at Sprenzel ski school in Garmisch.

Our beautiful and homely apartment is well served by public transport, 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to the city center, to shops, to art and culture or to the nature (parks/river). The apartment is bright and looks very airy due to the high visible roof structure. There is a comfortable bed, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, small groups / families and business travelers.

The charming Badhäusl, once the wash house of the adjacent former Alpenhotel Kogel, is a true gem from 1891. Located directly on the edge of the forest and surrounded by an idyllic flower meadow, it offers an incomparable natural experience. On 25 square meters, a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy dining area and a practical kitchenette await you. Enjoy cozy evenings in front of the wood-burning stove or by the campfire.

The 34 square meter apartment offers everything for a relaxing vacation in the mountains. Delicious food can be prepared in the old wood-burning stove or the modern microwave. Two gas stoves are also available. The rent also includes two bicycles (MTB), for shopping around the corner or for tours. The tourist tax is due separately and is to be paid at check-in (3 euros per person per night).
