Extensive remodelling in 2020 and furnishing in a classical style in keeping with the period in which the house was built (around 1900). The high ceilings create an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.

Every Saturday there is a market at the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all directly accessible by foot in 5 minutes.

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!

A stay in a stork village 2 - with AC

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

In the villa district Babelsberg you will find a high-quality and tastefully furnished guest apartment with its own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the tram towards Potsdam and 15 minutes walk to the S-Bahn Griebnitzsee towards Berlin open the door to two exciting cities. In a quiet environment, you can then relax in a full bath in its free-standing bathtub or enjoy a glass of wine in summer or go to the lake. We look forward to it.
