The Annexe did not disappoint. It was clean and well looked after, decor was stylish and modern. It had everything we needed, there was condiments, spices and everything you could want in a kitchen. Lounge was comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a nice few days at Sea Kisses. The house is tastefully presented ,spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The little Dorset welcome box was a sweet touch, although some milk, perhaps a small loaf of bread would have been very much appreciated after a long journey! Whilst we drove everywhere as we had a young dog with us, the location is within very easy access of a wide variety of amenities. We made very good use of the park around the corner for early morning exercise with him. All communication with Karen has been friendly and swift in response. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and looked after.

Orchard Barn Spa is a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the city. We stayed there with our four month old and Chris was very accommodating, providing a baby bath etc. It provides the perfect base to explore all that the new forest has to offer, has ample parking space, is very clean and sits in a private plot. Thanks again Chris for a great stay and for your great communication throughout our trip.

it's worth every penny, we enjoyed a lot and had a great time with friends. area is very secluded and peaceful and there's no other houses around so no one to disturb. There's a lot to do for the kids as well... I will recommend to come with friends and family...

We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our stay, really spacious, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was great and the house was so close to the beach (less than 5 min walk). Aimee and Paul were really helpful and responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation on the clifftop with fantastic views over the sea and all along the coast, including the Isle Of Wight. Very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. very close to beach access and with restaurants within walking distance and a good range of shops a short drive away. Nicky was very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay with extended family over the May half term. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location for an easy walk down to the beach through Boscombe Chine (via the playground) and the bus into Bournemouth centre. We also took a little trip on a rainy afternoon to Science Zone just down the road, which had some sweet activities for science-loving kids and a couple of sensory rooms for the toddlers. Wiled away an hour or so there. Communication with the owners was good, with quick responses to the couple of queries we had. A lovely few days.

The beach hut is a perfect retreat. It is beautifully kept and has a gorgeous private garden which goes right up to the water’s edge. It’s wonderfully located less than 5 minutes walk from the main Sandbanks beach and Rick Stein’s restaurant. The Studland chain ferry is also very close giving access to stunning Shell Bay and the wild National Trust beaches. Michele was very friendly & provided many thoughtful touches including her homemade lemon drizzle cake - sublime! I would love to return as it’s a perfect spot from which to explore this area or just to meditate on your bed with a sea view. Thanks Michele!

This is one of the best Airbnb we have stayed at Pam is a wonderful Hostess, she greeted us as we arrived, went the extra mile showing us places to visit and how to get there, the flat was extremely well looked after, very spacious for two adults and our Labrador Dog who loved all the beaches and walks, spotlessly clean and the little extras Pam provided (milk, bread, butter, amongst other items) was very kind, we found our way around easy a couple of pubs nearby Cranleigh and Iford Bridge both in walking distance have good meal deals ( 2 mains for £14.99) lovely beer gardens too. Thank you for a very enjoyable 8 days Pam we are planning to be back next year x

Having stayed several times in this area, we were pleased to find this apartment in easy walking distance to Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs beaches, and a short drive to Compton Acres and Canford Cliff shops. Everything was as expected from the description and photos. The apartment is light and spacious, the patio area is sunny and sheltered and within the owners' garden, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals. We had our own off-road parking space. This is particularly important in this area, as the roads closest to the harbour have quite high parking charges. Jenny was thorough in showing us around the place and answering our questions, Paul helped us with the central heating when we had an unexpected cold spell. As experienced hosts they have thought through the little 'extras' that people need to make them feel 'at home'.

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at Foxholes Road! The property was spotless and modern. There were some lovely touches of fresh flowers on the table, dressing gowns, coffee pods and milk! The location was perfect to walk to the coast. Richard was very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend Richard and his property!

excellent location can walk to the beach but extremely quiet and private location the room was spotless and much bigger than I thought a lovely location to stay. Hosts where excellent went the extra mile for us and where freindly to us and our dog would live to stay again.

Amanda and Chris, have a beautiful flat it was in an excellent location with lots of amenities and close to the beach. Amanda’s instructions were clear and the extra information provided was extremely useful. I would definitely recommend a visit, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Felipe is a brilliant host. Communicated well with us before our stay and was there to greet us on arrival ( together with a gift of clotted cream, scones and jam ..which was very well received!) The penthouse apartment is lovely and being just a few minutes from the sea, bars and restaurants is in a prime spot.A balcony provides a nice view across Bournemouth and it was lovely to sit there with your morning coffee! Felipe provided lots of useful info, including nice places to go ( having not been to Bournemouth for years). Lovely place and perfect host.

Fabulous flat. Described perfectly by Jus. Very clean beautiful interior. Everything you need. Loved the little extras like shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in bathrooms. Very comfy beds. Short walk to the end of the road to the beach. We brought our dog. He was well looked after with doggy treats and a fabulous dog friendly beach awaited. Even shorter walk to the high street with great restaurants. Jus is a great communicator and nothing was too much bother. Thoroughly recommend we’ll be back!

A fantastic apartment! We felt lucky to have found this very clean and very modern apartment in such a central location to all the towns attractions. You can walk everywhere from here. Apartment- this was extremely easy to find, excellent instructions helpful photographs too. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything we could ask for whilst we were there. The lovely Robert and Roelien left us snacks/milk/tea/coffee which were much appreciated and our daughter loved the extra addition of an Easter Egg for her- very thougtful. It felt like home. Kitchen well equipt, great fridge and freezer. Comfort- Beds/pillows/bedding were really comfortable! Storage good for clothing. Shower was FANTASTIC and towels were soft. Everywhere light/airy. No noise at night. No noise from apartment surrounding us. It was just what we wanted. Car park- safe and secure. Hosts- Amazing! Really responsive during booking/check-in/check-out. Couldn't ask for better! Highly recommended!!!

The host is an excellent communicator. Her AirBnB is beautifully presented, lovely and spacious and light. The bedrooms are very decent sizes. The accommodation is also incredibly well equipped; most of what you'd need for cooking and catering can be found in the kitchen; we had a baby bath, travel cot and high chair provided; and we were particularly pleased to make use of the beach trolley with its various chairs and buckets and spades and wind break, etc. The only downside is that, although it's beyond the owner's control, you can hear sounds from upstairs.

We had a delightful stay at Lee and Emma'a apartment, spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for we felt right at home. A short walk from the centre and it's restaurants it was ideal for us. We only stayed one evening but we would not hesitate to book again for a longer stay as the bed was super comfy too. Lee was very helpful and clear instructions were displayed in the property itself. Thank Lee and Emma it was an absolute pleasure to stay at your property and we thank you wholeheartedly for hosting us. 100% recommend 😊

Such a fantastic place to stay with great hosts too!! It was only a short walk to the beach and to the shops which was perfect for our family. But it was equally wonderful to be able to sit in the flat and look out at the stunning view of the sea too. It definitely felt like a home away from home! Thank you Louis!

Absolutely stunning apartment, probably the best I've stayed in. The decor and furniture was beautiful and it was most definitely the cleanest holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in, absolutely immaculate. Check in was easy and you also have your own parking spot. The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring and with the added bonus of a bus stop right outside the door so you can enjoy a lovely open top bus trip to any of the surrounding towns, we went to Bournemouth which took about half an hour. We also walked to the beach at Sandbanks which took approximately ten minutes, such a lovely vibe there in the evening. We also visited Poole town center but I personally wouldn't recommend going there, I think Poole Quay is meant to be nicer. I would highly recommend this place, I have already sent the link to my friends! We would definitely love to stay again 😀
