Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Potsdam-Mittelmark

2km zum Alex, quasi ein kurzer Spaziergang und man ist im Zentrum. Schlafzimmer gibt es 3 Stück, diese sind wie folgt: Nr. 1 -> zwei Einzelbetten, Balkon, zur Hauptstraße gelegen Nr. 2 -> Doppelbett, zur Hauptstraße gelegen Nr. 3 -> Doppelbett, zum Innenhof gelegen Im Erdgeschoss des Nachbargebäudes ist ein Spätkauf, es stehen Tische und Stühle draußen. Wir haben uns nicht gestört gefühlt. Gute Anbindung zu den Öffis. Es hat alles ganz wunderbar geklappt. Vielen lieben Dank!

Wir möchten uns danken für die Wohnung, die war sehr schön und gemütlich, die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen und überlegen uns es wieder nochmal zu mieten.

We stayed three nights in Sven’s apartment. We loved to get to know this part of Berlin, also the UBahn was a few minutes walking distance from the apartment. Everything at Sven’s apartment was as pictured. The check-in and check-out was easy and he was very responsive and friendly. We will book his place again when we come back to Berlin.

Super schönes exklusives kleines Studio mit großer Badewanne neben dem Bett. Alles war sauber und schön! Einzig und allein ist zu bedenken, dass die Toilette und Dusche nur mit einer Schiebetür vom Schlafraum getrennt sind und es dort keinerlei Ablagefläche gibt zB für ein Handtuch. Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Preislich höhere Klasse!

Really enjoyed our stay in the large apartment. Our 2 little kids had plenty of space to roam around on and the view of the rail line in from the windows provided heaps of entertainment. Railroad in the back yard? yesbthere is, but the windows in the apartment are high quality and almost completely blocks out the noise. That same railroad brings you in close and efficient connection with the rest of Berlin and the station is just a few minutes walk away. Definitely a recommended stay! We love Berlin, will come back and will look to Ben & Simon next time, for sure.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement. Tout était parfait avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, des transports publics à moins de 10 min (U8,M10,M1) et une rue très agréable et très calme. Nous y avons passé 5 jours et pour un séjour plus long, une vrai table serait un plus pour les repas pris dans l'appartement.

We enjoyed our stay in the pleasant apartment. The space is clean, nicely decorated and equipped with all conveniences. In addition, public transport is practically around the corner, which makes this apartment an excellent base for exploring the city further.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were 8 girls traveling and stayed 3 nights. The place looked exactly like the photos – spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was as expected, and we had a great experience. We definitely recommend this place to others!

Schönes Zimmer, gut erreichbar üner Öffis

Schon für viel weniger viel mehr gezahlt. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind super lieb und kümmern sich um alles. Zimmer sind super ausgestattet, kleine Dinge wie scharfe Messer, Salz & Pfeffer, Töpfe, Wasserkocher und gute Küchengeräte haben mich überzeugt. Balkon auch super. Gerne wieder.

As always it was lovely to stay here. I had the gold apartment on the second floor, which is my favourite because there is more light and a nicer view onto the courtyard (but both are nice). We had an issue with the door which was a bit of a pain but Kristina was very responsive and because it would not be fixed before I left, I was offered another room. The TV now has various streaming services (Prime Video, Netflix etc), which is nice when you are exhausted and want to relax a little. And as always too, it was super quiet at night, despite the lively Kiez outside with the restaurants and cafes all around.

Great location, as well were apartments, terrace, check-in. Everything had been simply perfect, will use Numa service again in future for sure, thank you!

I really liked staying in smartments. It was next to the train station, so very easy to find and I could check in myself without issues.

Super Apartments für ein Städtetrip. Trotz Großstadt sehr ruhig. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die U2, U7 und den S- Bahnhof Charlottenburg, mit denen man in Kürze alles wichtige in Berlin erreicht. Direkten Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber hatte ich nicht, es lief alles vollautomatisch per Email. Hier ist aber alles so gut organisiert, dass ich keine weiteren Rückfragen hatte. Einziger Nachteil am Apartment: wer gerne dunkel schläft, kommt nicht ganz auf seine Kosten.

Very cute little space within a quick uber or ferry ride to the main city. We loved the free laundry access and being able to explore the Noord neighborhood.

Ein schönes Loft-Zimmer, das sehr sauber war. Check-In und Out waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist super zentral, nah am Bahnhof und an allen zentralen Stadtteilen Berlins. Außerdem ist die Seitenstraße, in der das Gebäude liegt, ruhig.
