Willkommen in meiner gemütlichen Wohnung im 70er Jahre / minimalistischen Stil. Sie liegt perfekt zwischen Südvorstadt und Connewitz, ruhig und dennoch nah an der Karli. Die MDR Haltestelle ist schnell erreichbar und Bus sowie Straßenbahn fahren fast vor der Tür. Vom Balkon hast du einen Blick ins Grüne. Ein Beamer mit HDMI und eine kleine Spülmaschine sorgen für Komfort. Hier gibt es einen gemütlichen Ort mit Yoga Möglichkeit, keine Hochglanz-Wohnung. Ich freue mich auf deinen Besuch.

Charming attic apartment, close to the city center

A small (45m2), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can comfortably reside here for two, but in case of doubt also fold out the sofa (110x200cm) and a mattress (80x200cm). There is a small dishwasher in the kitchen, so no stress with washing up. There are outdoor blinds in the bedroom and living room, then it is pitch black for sleeping. When in doubt, just ask:)

Oasis of well-being in the south of Leipzig + bicycles

Welcome dear guest to my quiet, stylish 2-room apartment in Connewitz. The apartment has a cozy south-facing balcony, a kitchen with dishwasher and built-in oven, 72-inch TV and box spring bed. But the best thing is the location! In 10 minutes you can reach the Leipziger Haussee (Cospudener See) by bike. Bicycles can be rented for a small extra charge. Good restaurants and bars can be found on the next corner.
